Arrived 05:30 for delivery gate doesn’t open 6:00 woman in receiving was very nice. Yard is tight as they have stuff all over the yard but it’s do able. No parking overnight but there is a Lowe’s super market that you can park at 5 mins away it’s behind the McDonald’s
