Well I went to the drive thru pharmacy the day after Labor Day holiday at 8:19 at night and it took 23 minutes to service the two cars in front of me but then comes my turn and they decided to shut the drive thru down early. 18 minutes to be exact. Just so yall know people do go by your advertised store hours. Get better.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I know about them closing for lunch on Saturdays from 1:30-2:00. I got there there was no line it was about 1:20 and I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and was completely ignored, no lines inside both the girls behind the counter came over and looked at me and walked away. So I hurried inside to get my wife's medicine.They closed the gates and told me they were going to lunch. I didnt get mad cause I had some free time to kill. no big deal. I spent 30 minutes playing games on my phone. Awesome. Then they came back and I got up to stand at the front of the line cause I was there before anyone else and they told me that I needed to sign in at the kiosk, sit down and wait my turn. That's when I got pissed and had to yell at everybody to get damn medication. Well know my entire family has moved the prescriptions to Royce's Pharmacy on main.

Worst pharmacy ever!! I literally ask myself why I continue to come here. Pharmacy staff and pharmacists are incredibly slow and rude.

Worst pharmacy ever! They're always short-staffed and the wait times through the drive-thru line are ridiculous. Also, the app tells you that your prescriptions are ready but when you get to the pharmacy they're not.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and once I made it to the window, I waited an additional 10 minutes before someone finally came to greet me and assist me. I pressed the button for help, but no one responded, even though I could see workers walking around. After pressing the button a third time, someone finally came over the speaker and said they would be with me shortly; however, another 10 minutes passed without assistance. The customer service was non-existent, and I will no longer send my medication to this location. The drive-thru technician stated there’s “one of her, and they cut hours during the summertime.” No, apologize or acknowledgment for the poor customer service. Do better Walgreens!!!

Extremely rude workers with attitudes, I get that it can be a frustrating time for people, but I’m sick and I needed my meds, I didn’t come to ruin your day I came to help with my pain.

The worst at telling you they ordered you meds and will be ready on such day and such time call to check on that day oh it's still on order and they never contact you when they do get it in

Depending on the pharmacist, you may or may not be able to get your script filled. Zero internal communiction.

Slow and rude…not sure what kind of training these kids get now days but damn…please call in advance and afford the drive thru
