They take forever to fill anything here!!! Please make sure to check to make sure you have the correct medication whoever reads my review!!!My spouse got ibuprofen 800mg after a dental procedure and there was 1 ibuprofen 600mg in the bottle. That's a pretty big mixup!

They somehow misplaced a bottle of my medication , which is a controlled substance to begin with, you would think it would be locked up. And instead of refilling it they told me I have to wait until tomorrow after 2pm. I can’t wait here until they find it, they can’t call the manager to get permission to refill it, it has to be all done by one person who isn’t there. This is one of the closet pharmacies to my house, but I rather make a drive to a pharmacy that will fix their mess up while I’m there. Not ask to come back the next evening.

Ive never had pharmacy personnel treat me so rudely. If you are overworked get more help, but don't take it out on those who are prescribed medications by their doctors.

I shouldn't even rate this the manager is a straight dick he talked bout about my mom about how she uses coupons. He's lucky I wasn't there to here him cause my mom didn't care but I would be pissed at him.

I have been a customer of Walgreens at this location (cleburne texas) for about a decade. The past year it has been a real struggle to get my famillys meds filled here. One example, we had long drawn out nightmare from October 2021 to March 2022 for one prescription for my son and the only reason it was resolved was because another pharmacy cared enough to look into the issue for us and filled it even though we weren't their customers. Now its all starting again with my prescriptions and now i know its not the doctors fault like they told me for months. Unfortunately for walgreens, I'm taking my loyalty elsewhere and I'm just fine with that decision.

This place does not take phone calls. After 6 attempts and being on hood for over 40 minutes, never speaking to a human, I went elsewhere.

Plan on being in line for a LONG time... And even longer after you've waited for your prescription that's "ready" to be filled.... They used to be so good.

Don't ever come to pick up a prescription in any sort of hurry. I've been in line for 30 minutes now, only started with 3 cars in front of me, there are currently 2. If I wasn't trapped with someone behind me I would just leave. I don't know if they need to hire more help or what but it's quite slow.

The Cleburne pharmacy didn't have our medicine for our prescription, so they told us they called Burleson and they had the medicine. We asked twice to make sure it was confirmed that Burleson Walgreen in fact had the medicine. We arrived at the Burleson Walgreens. They told us that Cleburne Walgreens does this ALL the time. Cleburne Walgreens NEVER called Burleson Walgreens to confirm they had the medicine. Drove home with no prescription. Honesty is always the best policy. Just be honest with your customers.
