This is the worst Walgreens customer service I have ever encountered. Every time I call no matter the time of day, no matter the amount of people inside, or even the amount of employees working they do not answer the phone. I have been on hold multiple times for 20+ minutes just to get hung up on. I highly encourage using a different pharmacy if possible.

Barry the pharmacist is very much a jerk!! I was prescribed medication on 4/24/23 that I picked up that day and have been taking. On 4/27/23 my gastroenterologistprescribed me meds. When I went to pick up those med I was given a second prescription of the meds from 4/24/24. I called Walgreens immediately and the tech said to just return them and my other prescription should be ready the following day. I went to get my refund and correct meds and was told that I needed to “prove” I had already been give the meds. I left and returned with the meds i had been taking and was told to put them in the box to prove the date. When I did I was then told to get them out and my correct prescription would not be available until Monday. That’s the service you get when the pharmacy makes a mistake. It’s on you not them and then you’re punished because they withhold your meds that you need.

This place does not take phone calls. After 6 attempts and being on hood for over 40 minutes, never speaking to a human, I went elsewhere.

Don't ever come to pick up a prescription in any sort of hurry. I've been in line for 30 minutes now, only started with 3 cars in front of me, there are currently 2. If I wasn't trapped with someone behind me I would just leave. I don't know if they need to hire more help or what but it's quite slow.

The Cleburne pharmacy didn't have our medicine for our prescription, so they told us they called Burleson and they had the medicine. We asked twice to make sure it was confirmed that Burleson Walgreen in fact had the medicine. We arrived at the Burleson Walgreens. They told us that Cleburne Walgreens does this ALL the time. Cleburne Walgreens NEVER called Burleson Walgreens to confirm they had the medicine. Drove home with no prescription. Honesty is always the best policy. Just be honest with your customers.

We just moved to Cleburne a few months ago and I needed to find a new pharmacy. I had one of my prescriptions transferred here. I called the pharmacy several days after my doctor called it in to see if it was ready to be picked up. I was put on hold for at least 5 min. You could hear someone pick up the phone and then hang up. This happened 3 times. I finally called again to talk to a regular store employee, told them what was happening and told her that it almost seems as if they were hanging up on purpose. She actually laughed a little and said "yes, they are really busy back there and because of that, they are hanging up when the phone is ringing." She also continued by saying "what they are doing isn't right but it is what is going on". I couldn't believe it! This is terrible customer service and these employees who did that should be written up! I finally got this lady to check my prescription status for me and she told me it won't be filled until the following week. When I went in to pick it up, the girl at the register at the pharmacy was clearly irritated and obviously hates her job. Please get some new employees back there. There are plenty of workers looking for work.

We really needed my daughters medicine, I went inside and the line was super long. So I went to the drive through, it took like 30 MINUTES for just ONE car!!! While we were in line we tried to call and ask if the medication was ready, they don't even bother hiring a REAL person to answer the phone. It's a robot!!! And it's voice operated and was super hard to ask about anything. Ended up just hanging up.

Went to get a free vaccine. Walk ins welcome, according to signs. Told me they don't do vaccines between 1 and 2. Told me to wait or go to Burleson. Burleson told me to go to Cleburne. So either they don't really have vaccines or they just don't want to administer them. That's the impression I got from the runaround they gave me. Not a fan of Walgreens, as it is, since they kept giving me the wrong doses of my meds that I need to stay alive and function with. This should've been an easy thing to get done, but it was just a wild goose chase and a massive waste of time.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy in Texas. I had two people ahead of me and one at the counter. After 35 minutes I finally made it to the counter. Although 4 people were working behind the counter only one was helping customers. Nothing was filed by last name. The young lady had to sort through four large plastic totes to find my prescription. This is unacceptable. I will be using a different pharmacy.

The manager of the store, Adam, was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I generally am one that will give praise and take the time to write an excellent review versus complaining, but felt like this was more of an obligation to the other staff of Walgreens. This man was pompous and arrogant. I was picking up photos for a friend whose husband passed away. The wrong size was printed. I showed him one of the emails and he kept trying to talk over me and act like I was at fault. The thing is, I had no problem paying for the reprint, but just very poor customer respect. I would hope that if he is ever up for a promotion or raise...someone looks very closely. I would never want a person like this representing my company let alone in management. Sorry for the long review.
