My sister went in for an std test and was publicly embarrassed by the a woman staff member. The staff does not have the right to do that when someone is obviously embarrassed by a question

This Cleburne location has gone down hill on the pharmacy side. I placed a refill in the automated service after coming back from vacation and realized I did not have anymore blood pressure meds and its not like me to let this happen. I get a call on a Friday they cannot fill do my refill because my Doctor wants to see me first. OK, I call and leave message at Doctors office. My Doctor called me same day, a Friday and said his office attempted to place the refill but this Walgreens could not find my record. He said he tried CVS also to help me out thinking it may be there, nothing. I told him I would call the WG-pharmasist to see what is up. I've used them for 18 years. I called and my birth year was wrong. I call and my Doctors office is closed on Friday's. I forgot since he was so kind to call me personally. I could not reach my Doctor now. I called back this store & spoke to a very nice man when I asked for Pharmacist. I told him my predicament and he put me on hold to look at everything. Then came back on the phone & saw the error. He told me he could give me a three day emergency supply to cover the weekend to i coukd schedule an appointment on Monday. He did not want to see me off the medication for too long. When I arrived that evening after work another Pharmacist in his mid- fiftys, heavy Nigerian or Hatian accent tells me he can not give me anything and to go to the emergency room and they can write me a prescription. Yea, after a $500.00 emergency co-pay. I dont know about anyone else, but these are pretty tough times. The Pharmacist keep saying he understood how I felt. Wrong thing to say. Bad service for a customer that has been on same meds for 3-years. I do not have a severe case of hypertension. I had two people say they have gotten a couple of days emergency meds from their Pharmacist. One used HEB and the other was Kroger. I will not do business with Walgreens again. I was loyal and spent money there over the years and will not make that mistake again. I believe good service is a big deal these days. It WILL RUIN a company. V. St. Clair.

Got there 5 min before they close. They made faces and were upset that I showed up. Do not recommend. (Pharmacy)

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Long wait for prescription that should have been filled already. Very rude hateful staff. Have gotten my dad's prescriptions wrong several times. Horrible service. I would not suggest this pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible experience with the manager in the pharmacy. Rude and extremely unhelpful. Several times my medication is late ( at warehouse ) ? Very little to no communication, even if signed up for phone alerts. Typically the texts are not even correct. I’ll be told it’s ready for pick up, just to have to return the next day!

If you have the option to use another pharmacy do so. I saw the reviews for this pharmacy but it is the closest one to us for immediate RX refills that takes our insurance. I knew they were slow and unprofessional so I've always called to make sure the RX was ready even when I have gotten the text message it was ready. Most the time it is not or half the meds they do not have even though common steroids or antibiotics. I called this time and spoke to a lady. She told me she had one son's and not the other but would be ready in 20 minutes. Both having a severe reaction to something. Gave them 35 minutes just in case and left work. 45 minutes since they said it would be ready in 20 I arrived. Younger man at drive through said one was ready but not the other son's RX. I said I'd take the one that was ready as he was with me. He said 12:45. It was 12:38. Explained I called and they said it would be ready 25 minutes ago. He said one is ready but not the other and repeated 12:45. Again I asked if I can I take the one son's now. He repeated 12;45. At this time it was 12.40. Didn't bother to talk to pharmacist or get a manager. He knew I spoke to someone that said it would be ready at 12:20. He had a condescending look on his face, shrugged his shoulders and said 12:45. He also knew I left work and live 25 minutes away. ***Called the pediatrician office. Told them what happened with Walgreens. They called Walgreens for explanation. Only told them they were ready now after doctor had to wait for them to answer. I asked doctor to call them into CVS instead. Happy to do so since even they had issues with Walgreens. Doctor submitted to CVS after we hung up at 2:15. Received text at 2:20 pm they received RX. Received text at 2:30 they were processing. Text they were filled and ready to pickup at 2:45 and all the meds. If you can, go to CVS in Cleburne. Same price for RX but quick and professional. They did in 30 minutes what Walgreens couldn't do in more than two hours.***

Bad customer service at the pharmacy. I showed up at 1:29, I live 30 mins away and they told me “oh well” because they had lunch at 1:30. If they would have heard me out, I just needed to give them my old pharmacies phone number so they could call at there convenience to get my prescriptions switched over. Would have taken probably 30 seconds of there time. Garbage customer service

How are you going to accept a Rx from an emergency room and not have a pharmacist to fill it? At the very least you could have sent an email saying you don't have a pharmacist.

It's a good store but the Pharmacy needs more help or a bigger area!!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They gave me a different brand of my medicine without asking me if I was okay with it and of course it’s a pain to do anything about it now that it’s in my hands and paid for.The pharmacist was really rude and not helpful at all when I had questions and decisions were made about my health without my consent by filling my script with a brand I’m unfamiliar with.

I’ve worked in many pharmacies… This one is terrible. Yes, I understand working in retail pharmacy is stressful. You deal with unreasonable people daily. It wears you down over time, especially if you’ve been in pharmacy for many years. However, I always faked it til I made it. You cannot always be a jerk to your customers. Especially if you are the Pharmacist on duty… The guy is hateful and always sounds extremely condescending on the phone. Always asking questions as if I have ill intentions… It makes me feel like an idiot talking to him, even though I’m clearly not and I have ample experience within this field. If you have obtained a doctorates degree, please don’t answer the phone with, “Uh… I don’t know!? What’s your name and date of birth?!” Remember what you went to school for, and remember how to treat other people who come to you for help.

Pharmacist Kunle Tometi is the absolute worst. Don't know if everyday is just a bad day or what. Completely unprofessional refuses to do his job accurately when performing transfers to another pharmacy. Very childish, I am unsure why they chose to be a Pharmacist. Retire then. Quit. But stop taking it out on everyone and do your damn job, you don't have to like it but the state expects you to meet certain standards. License must be in danger with some of the questionable actions done at this pharmacy. Fill elsewhere to avoid headaches, drama and being talked down to and mistreated. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This has become my go-to place for items when I have run out of something at home and don't want to deal with the crowds at Wal Mart. They have weekly deals like everywhere else, and you can't beat the amazing staff. They're extremely friendly and helpful, for the most part. You won't be disappointed if you pop in during the evening and get Nancy or Miranda, I can guarantee that!
