This place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to picking up medicine. There are 8 people behind the counter and only 2 people are helping customers when this there is 20 people in line. There are techs goofing around while customers wait. Place needs some serious help. A freaking nightmare!!!!?

9-22-22Never in my life have i been treated so poorly. I had called yesterday to see if i could get my medication all at once was told no that insurance wouldn't pay. So was here yesterday and they weren't helpful either. Kid took forever bringing out meds in reserved parking. Today i come here to pick up my meds because they weren't ready/insurance wouldn't pay. Today i park in px parking. I call and they don't answer after endless rings. The pharmacist answers and slaps me on hold and then never comes back to the phone. They took so long i was able to get out of my car and walk to the pharmacy. Where when the tech finally answered and i said well nobody picked up for over 10 min so I'm already inside now to get them. She goes well come get them then. With this rude as she could be attitude and slammed the phone down. She's the only woman there and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out its her. And when I'm in line there is a guy already in line and then one behind me. Which by the way i wasn't the only one who had to get out and go in. So did everybody else picking up. I understand busy i understand frustrated I understand short staffed. I dont understand is treating people your customers so rude. I went to the self checkout and asked he sent me to the front customer service desk. And i asked for the manager and told her what happened. She headed that way as i walked out the door. If we're all working and pushing through we are in this same boat together. Don't discount or talk rude to your customer. I've had a long day too. Be kind folks. When in line the lady who went off on me on the phone was laughing and got rude with me on the phone before she slammed the phone down on me. And she and the pharmacist who slammed me on hold and the other pharmacy tech was all laughing about it. While i stood in line. I guess your parents didn't raise somebody who understands somebody is in constant pain. And its very rude and disrespectful to laugh at somebody's disabilities and their constant pain. Just sad.-------4 mths agoId say have your script done and sent anywhere else. Never before have i had such issues.

I’ve used this pharmacy monthly over the past year. Everyone there is efficient and friendly. Over the phone they GO THE EXTRA MILE! It’s rare nowadays!!!! Every time I go in I tell them they are doing a GREAT JOB! ❤️

Tha staff is nice & helpful but the service is slow. slow. slow. I notice everything moves at snail speed including the waiting line. Also be aware that they completely close 1:30-2:00 for lunch so keep that in mind if you don't have shopping to do.

I would not suggest this pharmacy to anyone. Called yesterday to see when my prescription would be ready they said by 5pm. So I waited and arrived this morning to pick it up. Now they are saying 1pm. Not good service here. I will use someone else in the future.
