I called regarding a ongoing issue with Walmart.com not accepting my debit card I've used for over 5 years on this account!! The issue is with Walmart.com not retaining my CVV code on my debit card. We have tried many resolutions with no resolution and as a result, the charge is declined. My credit union PENFED has contacted WALMART due to the volume of PENFED customs that are experiencing the same issue since December. This is not with my account, but with WALMART changes made in December. I have made eight calls to Walmart CS and two calls to Walmart payment center. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Between Jan 15th - 19th. I spent a total of 564.00 on Walmart.com and had to use a credit card, because the site will not process my bank card correctly. I spend average 250.00 - 350.00 a week with Walmart and most of my Christmas was purchased in Walmart.com. We keep our credit card balance low and our credit rating excellent. It is a big inconvenience to me as a customer to use my credit and then go pay the credit card with my bank card. I will not purchase anything else from Walmart.com until this issue has been resolved. I put together a order last night on Walmart tried my card and it would not go through. I called and spoke with Rochelle Walmart.com CS to take my payment over the phone which is what I was advised to do by a previous supervisor with Walmart.com. Rochelle explained they are not allowed to take the payment for security reasons. I moved my purchases to Amazon and my local Kroger. I will continue to purchase through AMAZON, KROGER, and HEB. Walmart has left me with no other choice. I have done all I can do as a consumer to make Walmart aware of this and try all the resolutions Walmart CS and I could think of to try. I am done!! Don't waste my time and money. No longer one of Walmart's biggest fans. I will also copy and post this message on FACEBOOK and GOOGLE.

went into the service center to buy a battery this morning,i bought my battery but the girl running the register was not very friendly,her attitude toward us as customers was unacceptable. I know nobody cares about customer service anymore,but i would think if someone came into my store and spent 170.00 i would at least tell them thank you. The girl at the register just frowned and walked away like it was really inconvenience for her.

I don't even go to Walmart here anymore due to Walmart has been playing Spanish music alot and seems to be all they play along with rude and hateful staff. This isn't mexico, so don't only play Spanish music, need to play holiday music etc.

Everything right from the Halloween aisles are all 75% off!!! Came away with some really neat fall decorations. Very happy with that. Needed coffee today, and that aisles was oddly empty. Not full like it usually is. Thanksgiving stuff is all in the center aisles. Prices have not gotten any cheaper.

Great experience with curbside pickup at this location! Highly recommend using them! I have noticed that mid to late week is best for order groceries, as more of my requested items tend to be in stock at that time.

Pickup here is really bad. They are slow, very slow. I have had their computers delete orders, my order being shown as complete and then they are still shopping it when I get there, and almost half the order is missing once done. They need work in their app to correct inventory, and they need work on pickup. Give yourself 30 min to pickup. If you can get in and out in under that, just go in and save the headache.

I really want to love this place--the whole concept behind ordering online and picking up in store is a great idea. However, I have twice experienced discrepancies between my online order and what I pick up in store. With a little more work, this can be a very convenient service for customers. Hope it gets better.
