Really went downhill the last year or so. Had to tell them to renew my maintenance contract last year, they came once in the last year, not my job to do their job and remind them. Got screwed so just got another company

If I could give them negative stars I would. My mother set up an appointment with them to come last Tuesday in the morning, they moved her to the afternoon only to call her at quarter to 5 and say that their truck and they couldn't make it. So they reschedule her for first thing in the morning on April 8th. It is now 5:47 in the afternoon and STILL no one has called or showed up. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. We need our septic issue resolved ASAP and this company has done nothing but give us the run around or not even bothering to TRY and help us.

The woman driving a black suv with your company logo on the back window is driving like a manic on the highway! Weaving in and out of traffic and moving quickly across 3 lanes cutting off several people in the process! Not good for business!!! Maybe you should take off your logo before she drives again!!!

GOT SCAMMED! charged $300.00 just for coming out to put eyes on septic tanks!!I won't mention the company but one of their competitors came out that same day didn't charged me anything to come out to do the same thing what AAA Action Septic Service LLC did which was just to put eyes on it!!One star only because they showed up on time for a scheduled appointment.But like any upset customers would say "If I could give no star rating I would".I would agree with them now with AAA Action Septic Service LLC.They were the first and only company I would call to use their services for my septics. The very first time I use them they cleaned my septic tank and they were great, very professional got the the job done, quick and easy.On Monday 12/18/2023 I had an appointment for them to come out and inspect two other septic tanks I had on my property when I scheduled they gave me a price for an inspection report.When the two gentleman's got there I stated that the septic tanks had been there for a while and haven't been cleaned or used for some timesince I bought the property.the older gentleman was the coolest most patient guy I've ever met he gave me hopes that if one of them is damaged it could get fixed. After they lifted the lids they came to me and said that septics weren't good, so clearly I asked what are my optionsthe other younger gentleman started throwing me expensive prices for a new system, and that that's my only option. I added the numbers he gave me and was overcharging me what other septic companies charges!After all that the same younger gentleman stated that he called the company office to see what to charge me for coming out since no service was given and no passed service report given to me, and they told him to still charge me $300.00 dollars!!!!!I was really disappointed on how I got treated the sad part is that I have recommended them before to friends and family and now I won't and will let others know what happened to me.Their competitor gave me the greatest news that my septic tanks can be repaired! and quoted me accurate affordable price!Hopefully AAA Action Septic Service LLC won't scam anyone else they way they did to me.
