Dear AT&T Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your AT&T locations on March 31st at Cleveland this exact one.
When I visited the store, I was seeking assistance with account help. I approached the representative politely and was patient, but instead of offering any real help, she told me there was nothing she could do and simply sent me to another store. On top of that, she left me waiting for about an hour and had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt ignored rather than assisted.
I expect better customer service from AT&T, and this experience was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter, ensure better training for store representatives

Would not help me get a phone I brought in turned on for my daughter because i wanted it prepaid. Actually got up from the table right after i said prepaid and left the room.
1 more issue from anything ATT and im pulling all 3 lines and going somewhere else.
And to think, this could have been 5 stars. Good luck ATT employees, I hope you and the company get bought out by Musk or Tmobile. Lol

My boyfriend lost his phone while fighting a bear in the woods. Miguel was awesome with helping us file a claim and we were only there about 15 minutes!

the service was ok until the rep state that i was not the same person in my picture id i feel like she were profiling me , i want respect for me as a hispanic in this hard moments we experience, specialy when i give my bussiness to this company

We switched from Verizon to AT&T. We visited the store in Cleveland , Texas. Miguel Fierro was our salesman and he was awesome. If you need anything make sure you ask for Miguel. He's very knowledgeable and courteous.
