Well let me start by saying I wouldn't recommend going here. I walked in requesting a loan on a merchandise. Sales assistant (1) helped me out and the situation was fine. "Store Manager" (Grady) budded into the conversation asking about my product and tried to lowball me. He was completely ride for no reason at all. He raised his voice to provoke an argument but I remained calm. As a young black man, it felt very descriptive so I exited the store.

James really worked with me and answered every question i had. I had a great experience here everyone was smiling and friendly. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone they have great inventory at fair prices and a friendly staff.

This place is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to not once but several times I have been in this business... I have pawned, sold , and bought things from this place including a firearm and it was a problem from the start.The owner Grady is rude and very disrespectful was screaming in my face saying he was going to keep my merchandise when he didn't get his way .... Turns out he was wrong and not a little by a lot. I was able to get my things back once he realized the mistake ..... did he apologize??... No not at all as a matter of fact he became more hostile because he was proven wrong. I Was verbally abused by this guy for no good reason. Employees are terrible and have no knowledge when it comes to firearms just saying I wouldn't buy a used dvd in this place. Also their tools, harnesses, power tools , saws ect. Look in really bad shape like they take anything that walks in off the street..... I will NEVER shop here again.... Just went and looked at their pictures .... That can't be the same place .... The one in the pictures are clean ..... go in there now ..... you be the judge

Very rude staff and management think’s thier stock for sale is all gold plated. If you need a loan don’t think for one minute you will get a fair price from this pawn shop in Cleveland Texas! The only reason i even gave one star is because i didnt want anyone thinking i just overlooked the star rating. I REALLY MEAN ZERO STARS. THESE PEOPLE PREY ON A DESPERATE LOW INCOME POPULATION WHO HAVE LITTLE CHOICE OTHER THAN TO ACCEPT THIER Outlandish offers!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was accused of doing something that I was not doing. Please do not go there. The manager 'Grady' is very rude and the gun broker won't give you his undivided attention.
