I'm new to Cleveland and this was my third nail salon to try. I thought I had finally found The One until the technician force my sandals on before my toes were dry! when I showed her how she had messed up my polish she just dabbed a little more polish on and sent me on my way. That night I had to re-polished my toe nails myself. As for my nails they are very nice. Not sure if i will return or continue my journey seeking out a great nail salon in or around Cleveland.

Stopped here after work to get my eyebrows waxed and I decided to get a pedicure first time here. well needless to say these group of women are incredibly rude, very unprofessional. Not very welcoming and try to count your pockets..

Came to get nails done for graduation photos and did not leave disappointed! They did an amazing job, looks identical to the photos! Will be coming back for prom nails!!!
Update: due to flooding, was not able to get prom nails here, but I will be back in the near future!!!

It was my first time here and this was the fastest pedi I've ever gotten and not in a good way. Pedi felt super rushed. I will not be coming back.

I won't be going back to this place because there's been too many times that they cut my finger or my toe. When it comes to the pedicures they race through the process it's been good money for quality work and this place is just not it.
