I am highly discussed with the care my mother has gotten with the continuously poking issues causing hospital visits to the over draining to the point of her Exhaustion and sent home leading her to fall in a ditch! rude behavior from staff but today took the cherry on the cake! My brother called to get information regarding my mothers transplant listing and the nurse / manager whoever she is since she did not want to disclose her name told my brother my mother does not qualify for a transplant due to her absence and her paperwork is just sitting in a rude sarcastic tone and told my brother “ she wouldn’t be dying if she came to dialysis “ my mother is unable to be there due to already being admitted In The hospital . Excuse me my mother is already dying due to kidney failure!! She did not want to provide her name or the information to the regional regarding her behavior tried to talk her way around her actions. This is sick ! If one can communicate in this manner I can only imagine e the treatment she gets while there! The time of the facilities open time was request and stated 5:30 and also was requested when she will be there her response in a continuous rude sarcastic tone “ I may be there approximately 9 or not” I will be there in the morning and it will not be a pleasant visit !!! Discussed is not even a word of the feeling !!!!

Always attentive and kind. Will spend the time with you explaining everything and what is what on the equipment. They communicate with the doctors if there are issues. Wonderful staff!
