Date and time of transaction 02-04-25 9:03 AM.. I was just harassed and talked down to by the female manager GM and her male employee named Jason (Jay.) I was yelled at, talked down to, followed, and disrespected in the store. I plan on calling corporate. This was done in front of other shoppers. Other shoppers had to defend me. I've never been so mistreated in my life at a store! DON'T SHOP HERE!

Ordered my things for pick up, gotten all emails and text that order confirmation,then payment receipt, then ready for pick up. Later that evening I found myself in an argument with the employee, she refused to look at my information. Took her name and left without my paid order,she came out to where I was parked with my order. I guess she finally did what I asked her to do all along, CALL HER MANAGER!!!

I buy most of my household goods,toilet tissue,paper towels,chips,drinks,water,mtn.dew for me or Dr.pepper.plus I drink water also.i don't need to be dehydrated from this Texas heat coming upon us again here in great big STATE of Texas.yee haw.yall stay cool and blessed.amen.??✌????

Hwy 105 & Fostoria St, Cleveland, TX, very rude employee. Not helpful at all, no mask or name badge worn. She said my item was unavailable after looking over 5 minutes. I went back & got it immediately. Her rude response was she is a new employee. I showed her the picture & she said maybe I should have gotten it.
