The store had an unpleasant odor upon entering, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed a clear difference in the cashier’s attitude toward me compared to other customers. While she was warm and friendly with others, her demeanor changed significantly when it was my turn to check out. Despite this, I remained polite, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I really hope they can do better, but I won’t be coming back. Dollar General it is.

This dollar tree carries more than ive seen any dollar tree carry. I did notice that some items have went up to 1.50 vs 1.25, but the store is clean, we'll stocked, and great service. 1 of the employees that has dimple pearcings is so nice. When I asked her about a item I was looking for, she offered to go look herself, was very friendly and warm & was just the kindest. The cashier wasnt like her though. She was a bit cold. But the other girl needs to be dealing with customers vs stocking shelves. I think if she was moved to a managers position, the store would be friendlier, and alot more people would enjoy coming in. My dad owned several businesses so I can spot potential when I see it. I didnt get her name, but shes the main reason I will go back to the store. When I get her name, ill update my review. They have alot that other dollar trees dont, and their beauty section + hair + bath care section is AMAZING! plus cleaning + essentials + more. The store just has everything you see online and cant find in every other dollar tree. I wasnt sure if I should gate keep or let this 1 out, but decided to share so everyone else can know how great that particular employee is, and how great the store is. Wish all the employees where as outgoing and kind as her, unfortunately, they need some changes in this store when it comes to friendliness. Customer service is so important, and when a customer asks how you are, and tries engaging, you dont look at them like an idiot. So yes the girl who's Hispanic i beleive, with dimple rings is a WINNER!

The dollar tree in Cleveland is 1 of the best ones I have been to. Organized, clean, shelves stocked vs rolling carts lined up everywhere full like other stores. I will go to this store vs my local store. Another good trip...good service, clean store that is stocked.

Very unwelcoming funky Dollar tree. I Will not be going here ever again to spend my money. It’s sad that this was my very first Time here. Also, the machines are filled with mildew which turned me off . So I didn’t buy a drink.
