How hard is it to fill an order?!!!! This restaurant left out my small fries in my drive-thru order about 30 minutes ago. You CANNOT call them because their voicemail is full (how convenient!) and the phone hangs up!!! I guess next time I'll hold up the line to find what they've left out next time. IF there is a next time!!

Order was messed up, brought it back to get the correct salad, watched the the employee remove the grilled chicken from the messed up order to the new salad with her bare hands & no gloves. Not even sure they threw the salad away. Was told I couldn’t get a refund.

This has got to be the cleanest Jack in the Box anywhere. The floors are never slippery with grease after being mopped. The floors get swept continuously. The employees are friendly & service is very good. I actually enjoy going to this
