Great experience from start to finish. Starting with sales, they were very easy to deal with and answered everything clear and transparent. It is hard to find a dealership that gives you the truth upfront. Finance was also great, I couldn’t believe how easy to deal with it was. No pressure at all like every other dealership out there. My wife and I were very impressed by everyone’s professionalism and will definitely go back on our next purchase.

I'm probably like most people where I don't normally post reviews unless I had a horrible experience that I want to warn others of. But sometimes I'm so impressed by a business that I feel obligated to take the time to thank them publicly for the benefit of others.Buying vehicles ranks up with going to the dentist for me. It's usually not enjoyable and I'm generally on high alert for various tactics that many dealerships use to transfer as much money from my pocket to theirs as they can. THIS dealership is NOT one of THOSE dealerships. They do not play some of the games that others dealers play. They also don't mark up their vehicles just because it might be a more popular vehicle at the time. It's first come, first serve for a hot vehicle but they are not out to gouge you with it. They could very easily maximize their profits with such tactics that other dealers often use but they are clearly committed to being a dealership that people want to return to for their next vehicle purchase.I'd like to specifically thank David Doyal, Chris Miller and Bill Hurley for their level of service and professionalism.Going to this dealership is almost an hour drive for me, but I won't hesitate to drive there again for my next vehicle purchase.

I'm sure this happens all the time with parts getting shipped to Martin Dodge instead of Martin Chevy and vice versa, but Martin Chevy was expecting the Transmission for our truck Friday, and it was delivered Friday but according to parts, they did not figure this mix up out until late the following week. Next was the alignment machine and getting the alignment done. The machine was down so we were going to just pick up the truck and have it the alignment done at another location, but the technician said it was "bad" out of alignment. Martin Chevy called later that afternoon and said to head that way that the technician was wrapping the alignment up and would be done shortly. We showed up to pick the truck up and the technician said the steering wheel is off a few degrees and that when the alignment machine is fully functional to bring the truck back and he would fix it. I paid the balance in full, and we left. NOW, we took the truck back to have the steering wheel fixed, they are saying that we still owe a balance because the individual that checked us out that day not charging us the correct amount. There seems to be a whole lot of "not knowing" going on around there and maybe things need to be looked at a little bit more. If a "delivered" transmission is missing for a week and no one knows to even look for it until the customer calls to check on it, or when one amount is charged when it should have been a different amount. And this is just issues with one customer. Not happy about having to explain to my executive board at our Volunteer Fire Department that I now need more money to pay for something that we all thought was done with.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT trust them with your money! they will try to cheat you into buying the same part twice! Would give 0 stars if possible, they sold me a part for my car that broke before the car was even started! Then refused to warranty the part! Now my 2019 car is still broken down and I can’t afford to buy an other $200 part that will probably break the second the mechanic touch’s it! They will never have my service again! If y’all need help with parts, go to Buckalew in Conroe, they are amazing!

My salesman Jason was great. I normally hate the car buying experience and typically do not trust car salesman. Jason was straight forward and never made me feel like I was getting the runaround that you get from some sales people. The entire experience was painless.

My overall experience was great! Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and some diagnostic concerns which were all addressed. My only complaint was that when my tire rotation was done, the pressure in my tires was NOT checked, I have one tire way under inflated, and one tire WAY over inflated which is not good for the wear on my tires. Other than that wait time was not that bad.I had an 8:00 appointment time, when I arrived I was greeted and my vehicle taken back quickly.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. They only want your money. 3 trips there and almost $4,000.00 later they let my husbands car leave still throwing a code without saying anything about it. They were making guesses of what could be wrong by going by an OBD reader instead of actually doing diagnostics and pin pointing what repairs needed to be made. Car was running worse after they worked on it than it did before he brought it there. They wanted to make it right by us bringing it there yet a 4th time, probably charging another arm and leg and offering a loaner car. Ha! If they cant get it right the first 3 times it was there, then there is a problem. Not taking a chance on a 4th time. Should be able to trust that a dealership is going to get it right at least by the 2nd time. We thought for sure that by taking it to a dealership they would KNOW what's wrong and fix it right. They are supposed to be the best of the best. We were wrong for thinking that for sure. Lesson learned.

Possibly the best experience I have ever had with any dealership! We were stuck away from home with a seized water pump. Chris Calderon answered the phone and helped us verify that the parts were available and got us a tow truck. Once we arrived, Chris had the car on the rack very quickly and we made it home with everything fixed up.
