One of the best customer service experiences ive had in a long time. Chris Calderon provided excellent communications throughout process, quick turnaround (kudos to the service team too!) and and efficient closeout once completed! Definitely 5 Star service!

Do NOT take your vehicle here. They only want your money. 3 trips there and almost $4,000.00 later they let my husbands car leave still throwing a code without saying anything about it. They were making guesses of what could be wrong by going by an OBD reader instead of actually doing diagnostics and pin pointing what repairs needed to be made. Car was running worse after they worked on it than it did before he brought it there. They wanted to make it right by us bringing it there yet a 4th time, probably charging another arm and leg and offering a loaner car. Ha! If they cant get it right the first 3 times it was there, then there is a problem. Not taking a chance on a 4th time. Should be able to trust that a dealership is going to get it right at least by the 2nd time. We thought for sure that by taking it to a dealership they would KNOW what's wrong and fix it right. They are supposed to be the best of the best. We were wrong for thinking that for sure. Lesson learned.

I had my car there for over three weeks and they only did some of the work we discussed being done but assured me the tires were checked and fine. The tires were not fine. I almost got in a wreck because the tire was in such bad shape it blew out like I’ve never seen before. Thank goodness I wasn’t hurt. The person who removed the tire said it had been bad for some time.

This has to do with my mother's experience, I felt compelled to say something. Because I knew she wouldn't. She takes her vehicle to be serviced like clockwork, at this same service department. She only recently had an issue with her vehicle and took it to them hoping to have it repaired.She was first told that they couldn't get her vehicle's computer to read properly. Then they told her that there needed to be 2 sensors replaced and that would cost around $450 and that would be just the beginning. They then proceeded to tell my mother that it could possibly be at least $7,000 to repair her vehicle.My mother is a widowed senior citizen on a fixed income. Hearing this upset her greatly. She literally cried later that day. Because she has to have her car to be able to go to work, but she can in no way afford such a large repair bill. I advised her to take her vehicle to a local mechanic. We took it to this local mechanic to see if they can figure out what is wrong and how much would it be for them to repair it. They called her the next day and told her that her vehicle is fixed and the total cost is $200. They had replaced those 2 sensors as well.I understand that these places are gonna try to make business for themselves, but come on. This was just ridiculous. I'd recommend to anyone, do not to take their vehicles to this service department.
