Well worth the trip from Conroe. The Cleveland dealer was able to get my Jeep in the shop SIX WEEKS sooner that the Spring dealer could see me.I needed the 3rd tail light repaired to pass inspection and get my new tags so waiting six weeks for someone to LOOK at it was not on option.I called Martin CDJR and was able to drop it off the same day. They called to tell me it was ready for pickup at 10 am the NEXT DAY.

I’m just so over it with these sales rep. I know I was very clear on my expectations. A trade-in only and I did not want to put any money down and I don’t want my credit ran through several places. So at this point Mr. Iva, says let’s not worry about a down payment and if we can’t do the trade in can we get you in a vehicle without the trade in. I said NO, I don’t have any money for down payment. Then I asked what banks do you all use. He tells me we have over 20 something banks we use. I reiterate not to run it through that many times. He says oh we don’t do that here, but it will be at least 3. Well, he comes back and tell me that his boss said he can do the trade in on my vehicle. However, he comes in after running the credit and says: “congratulations you were approved with a $1000 down once they verify you job”. ?, why am I putting $1000 down with a trade in? He tells me oh no this is without your truck because you would have to put way more down if we do the trade in. At this point I ? because I know I was very clear on a trade in only. I’m over the sale reps, they are liars and deceitful. I guess they don’t care if it’s not them or their lives one.Just to find out today that my credit was ran 5 times and maybe more that’s not showing as of yet. This is very bad business.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I brought my truck here for a recall and was charged $260. When we left, my truck was shaking erratically. I called Heather (service advisor) and Drew (Service Manager) and they both mentioned that my tires may be worn due to the recall (that includes an alignment aka set toe) so they were already trying to sell me new tires and get more of my hard earned money. I took my truck back to the dealership I bought it from 2 weeks prior and they found that Martin Chrysler did not bolt my shock back into place which was causing the shaking/vibration. I’m extremely upset because this could have put my family and I in a potentially tragic accident, which thankfully did not happen, but it could have! I have reported your dealership to the FCA for not only charging me for a recall, but most importantly letting us leave with an unsafe vehicle!

The experience at this dealership at the beginning was great but quickly went downhill from there. Debbie was able to work to come to an agreeable price and broke down the costs for each item. However, the sales manager was playing shell games with numbers. First they offered at invoice on the vehicle and offered to honor the rebate but lowball the trade. Then the next offer they offered a little more for the trade and raised the price of the vehicle which the total number were the same. The finance manager is very rude and gets defensive when you call them out on their bluff. Avoid this dealership because they will take advantage of you. There are other dealerships willing to work with you.

They were fast with my oil change. I keep coming back here because they are really nice. We dropped our wallet while we were here. They kept it for us and even brought it out to the car. They also have a punch card. So after a couple oil changes you get a free one.

I just called to schedule a service, and Heather stated it'll take 24 hours to get a diagnosis for my car, and I'll have to leave my car for a few days.. it's Saturday @ 10:21 am ! How do you want a fast and a reliable dealership if you keep cars at your location to diagnosis them and then take days to fix? That's not good enough. Cleveland dealership needs to be get it together, because if your in the industry you should be more informative about other locations so you can improve your location. But instead choose not too so you can on serve a few orders who wants to leave the car in the shop of days or even a week. If you don't have the auto parts just say that. Don't need to put on a front that you dealership can do reliable and fast services on vehicles that are brought from the same dealership. If I go to Houston they'll be able to see me same day and work on my car. Cleveland your service is garbage and wish your staff would learn about other location services to better assist customers. Just like when y'all like to go to doctor office with a million questions how is it that we do our work and progress and y'all still on the low level of quality customer service skills?

Great just bought a 2018 jeep from Martin Chevrolet I needed a second key fob Martin Chrysler ordered it for me got here quick then they had to program the fob was a verry short wait for them to do so it has been a real pleasure dealing with both dealers if ya want great deals and service after the sale one should check them folks out you won't be sorry

The experience started off great with Debbie, and quickly went downhill once I received the truck. I'm from Oklahoma and purchased a truck site un seen with the promise from them they would position the condition of the truck as it is. This truck has 97k miles and I understand vehicles come with wear and tear. But there is a difference in "damage" and wear and tear. First thing I noticed when they dropped the truck off was a 10" gauge in the driver side bak panel of the truck all the way down to the metal. Then I opened the back door to find a rip in the headliner. Then I go to drive the truck and notice 3 big cracks in the front windshield. This is all "damage" that was not disclosed, not wear and tear. Debbie informed almost 2 weeks ago that they sales manager would be reaching out to attempt to make things right. I have yet to hear from anyone.So I strongly urge anyone purchasing from them, if you want this type of customer experience, they are the dealership for you!I will also add, when they come to comment on this and say any of this isn't how it went down they are flat out lying. I am actually sugar coating how it went.It would be great to hear from them and be offered some sort of compensation for the damages that weren't disclosed.

A couple of months ago, I saw a Dodge Ram Classic 1500 tradesman that was just perfect for me that was in transit to Martin Chrysler. I called and Tim picked up and was quick to get me set in reserving the car. Throughout the process he pulled no punches, he was incredibly honest, there were no hidden fees, no markups and he was always responsive via text when I asked for updates. He even shipped it me down here in Katy, which I deeply appreciated. I was a first time buyer, and the car market is really tough these days. I got exactly what I wanted and took so long to write this review because I've been happily enjoying my truck and getting work done!

So I live in Houston Texas. This dealership is probably about 20 miles away from but all these dodge, ram dealerships around Houston and the one I bought my ram TRX from and two other previous trucks in the last four years from for some reason cannot give me an appointment to fix some warranty issues with my truck For another two weeks and then do not even have a loaner or a rental car under warranty for me and then they say the diagnostics will take 4 to 5 days on top of the appointment which would be in two weeks. I called this small town dealership, and they were extremely responsive Willing to give a loaner car, book me right away for service and take care of my issue. Needless to say this small town company will get all of my business warranty, service, new cars everything for now on thank you Heather and the service department, you have now made a new customer For your dealership.
