Front desk guy was nice. Rooms were enh. Def an old old building. Lighting in room sucked. Wifi kept going out. Reasonably priced paid $79 online for a night & it's pet friendly. đ¸đ¸

I had a terrible experience at Motel 6 with the night park manager Jamie, who approached my vehicle unprofessionally while I was just parking and booking a room online. Her aggressive attitude made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable. Normally, I prefer to book online to avoid hassles, but her rude behavior was the worst I've encountered at any hotel. Her attitude and the overall state of the hotel are both disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend staying there based on this experience.

Room smells like mold. Lady at front desk on Tuesday morning is very rude and wouldnât let me speak to the manager. I wouldnât recommend this motel to anyone. Stay next door much nicer establishment.

Room maintenance could have been better. I booked through a third party site, and the service desk werenât very helpful when it came to it, but the rooms looked nice at least. However, I wouldnât recommend staying here if you have the resources to pick better.

Motel 6 in Cleveland, TX was a fantastic stay during my recent trip! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially with the check-in process, making my arrival smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional serviceâthey ensured I had everything I needed, creating a truly comfortable experience. The room was clean, modern, with free Wi-Fi and a convenient micro-fridge. The location off HWY 59 is perfect, close to great dining options like El Burrito Mexican Restaurant. Highly recommend this Motel 6 for its outstanding hospitality and value!

Coming from Houston Texas to Cleveland Texas and front desk staff is nice and professional and the rooms are somewhat clean ask for room to be cleaned was not accepted after a 2 day stay only towels and trash were maintenance.Its a very old building so is infested with roaches beds are installed to hold mattresses so you will slip off with mattress and all beds are old and lumpy so didn't have a goodnight of rest .It is a quiet environment for being an Easter weekend. Charges are falsely advertised online Internet over 25 bucks.so will not be returning back to this location only if it's an emergency.

The hotel was very pleasant quiet and the night attendant who was running it was the most beautiful lady I enjoyed talking with her she was full of life and just welcome to us with open arms and was very accommodating I give her a 10 +

If I could give them a zero rating I would! I rented this room for my daughter and first off at arrival she was yelled at and treated horribly! They are extremely rude!
Then upon arrival to her room the shower was broke, a busted pipe had water pouring in on the floor next to her bed in main sleeping area and the no phone to call front desk refused her wifi password and she was standing out in front of her room and was yelled at and told to stop smoking dope! She absolutely does not do that!!! So the next morning I had a family emergency and had to check out they took my $ and told me to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me incorrect they are to refund you at the property so basically They stole my $! Had crappy service, crap room , rude workers! NOT TO MENTION THE BED BUGS AND NASTY ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!

Veronica is a great clerk. She got me into a clean, quiet room near my truck like I asked. Very fast; very nice. Enjoyed my stay. I recommend this motel highly.
