“These ladies are so helpful and nice. Have not had an issue at all unlike the Cleveland post office who I’ve had an issue with since day 1 moving here. These ladies always have a smile on their face and are willing to help, maybe they need to train the post office in Cleveland to learn customer service skills because the rude ladies over in Cleveland don’t know what customer service is. Never had an issue with picking up a package here. Please don’t change your ways ladies, thank you for everything that you do.”

“Never had any real issues here that they did not fix immediately. They seem friendly when I come in to send packages. I normally see the same four people and of the four they are all kind people. Doesn't mean they are always smiling and happy but they are not rude.”
