I have always been well satisfied with the quick service, attention to detail , friendliness of the employees and prices at Smokey’s Tire and brake service in Cleveland, Texas .Small town business is hard earned and well deserved! They have bent over backward to get the tires I want at a price I could live with and are always courteous. Guess that’s why they are a mainstay business in Cleveland!! 54 years strong and still doing their best!

I wouldn't recommend. I went in for a tire patch and it wasn't installed correctly so it was still leaking. So now it can even be plugged because of the inferior patch so I am having to get a new tire.

I used to think this was a small town. Great shop come to find out the owner is a very greedy person and does not care about anybody else but himself my wife went and got an alignment in the summer. After he told me he was able to align her car since it is a sports car. I got the car back and it ate up two new front tires that my wife just put on the car, the owner told me that it was not his fault. It was us hitting a pothole. Both inside of the tires were on steel. The tires were ruined. I told him how he wanted to fix the situation if he wanted to realign the car and get me two new tires. He told me that is not his fault. I brought my truck back up there to give him a second chance just a rotate the tires. His workers pulled tires off of my truck broke two studs on one wheel. After I asked one of the workers very nicely to remove the tire from leaning on the paint on my truck he threw the tire down and broke the center cap. The owner came out and said he was not paying for the center cap and asked me “are you really expecting me to pay for this quote? I said absolutely he told me that they are not going to touch my truck and never to come back ever again the repairs cost me $700 because his responsible workers in his incompetent work. I don’t recommend anybody in the area spend the money and go to these people

Quick in and out. Friendly and fast. If they hadn't left grease in my seats, I would have given them five stars. Cover the seats guys before driving.

Made an appointment for an alignment only to show up and be told they got too busy to honor the appointment they scheduled. Would have been a good business courtesy to call and let me know that they were canceling my appointment before I made the trip. Also from what I've read in the reviews I'm not the only one who's had this experience. And I know it's a garage but the place is beyond filthy.
