“Horrible place we have been customers for a while have all our receipts are on the points system. We have been loyal customers. My daughter went in to get a vape they screamed at her and accused her of stealing they refused to talk to her or show her proof so she could prove it wasn't her. I would like to speak with the owner. Won't be going back. We go there weekly but hey there's other shops to be loyal to. Their loss not ours .Update: after contacting the corporate email as directed, they were able to investigate and vindicated my daughter of any wrong doing. I understand mistakes happened and I appreciate that you value your customers enough to take the time to help us, we will continue to shop at vape City stores.Thank you for correcting this mistake.”
