Team lead by name of Jeremy in Cleveland, Tx was awesome!! Very helpful and respectful!! Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the store and was surprised to find he wasn't a manager. He will definitely be our go to person when visiting tractor supply as often as we do. On this certain day, I also spoke with the store manager and she was very rude and when asked a question, she didn't answer other than she was manager and if I needed anything, I could ask her. I told this manager twice that I was wanting to speak to Jeremy and she kept asking my name and telling me he couldn't come to the phone. Way to go Jeremy for being the helpful and respectful person and actually helping the customers...

The older lady with short white hair (Ed?) was extremely rude and condescending. Rude to her employees and customers alike.

I have always bought my horse, calf, dog, and poultry needs from tractor supply. Not to mention tractor, hardware, and yard needs etc. As we hatch and raise chicken, quail etc we bought 30 bannam chics from the Cleveland store May 1st 2025 to add something different to our flock, 14 of them were dead by the 5th. I have always had a good relationship with the employees at that store with great communication, as one I have never seen before sarcasticly replied that I/we was not taking proper care of them not realizing that we have the same setup as they do not to mention the same feed all purchased from that store. I believe that if you guys receive a bad batch someone should attemp to make it right rather than one automaticly assuming it is the consumers lack of responsibility. We have bought chickens, ducks, and turkeys from there and had no problem until this transaction.

The Cleveland Tractor Supply went above and beyond when my rocking chairs came I a box and I had trouble putting them together. The Manager got it done, wrap them and even put a birthday card on them for my husband. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE!

Made a trip into Cleveland to pick up a treeline 350 deer feeder. Which showed to be in stock. Get the the front counter and give info to older lady with short white hair.
She’s send someone back to find it and says he’s checking on in the back to see if any are put together. Then shortly after says no we don’t have any, some are me stole it.
Livingston is a much better managed store.

All you truck drivers coming here. You need to go in by the dollar tree and back all the way down to the dock door. You CANNOT go through the parking lot even with no cars it’s to tight
