I was getting my mail fine up till mid September now I am not receiving my mail and it’s being returned chime card to sender which mess my address up on certain things I had to reorder cards and mail because of this issue something has to be fixed asap

The black lady with dreads is rude as hell. She's there to help the customers, but she acts like she's doing us a favor with her nasty attitude.
Edit: Apparently a lot of people are fed up with that same lady, but USPS has such low standards for their employees that it doesn't even matter.

Never had any real issues here that they did not fix immediately. They seem friendly when I come in to send packages. I normally see the same four people and of the four they are all kind people. Doesn't mean they are always smiling and happy but they are not rude.

This post office is a joke. We have been fighting with this place since after last year's flood. We don't get our mail. I asked if she could hold my mail just till my driver license came in the mail. she started getting loud with me and said she won't hold my mail because I live at that address and that I needed to tell her why I'm not getting my mail. I tried explaining that I dont know why Im not getting My mail and she continues to get louder.They need to fire this girl. There is no reason for people to not be getting important mail delivered.

man… do I got a story for you. this is technically my local post office who picks up and drops off my mail at my mail box. And this month I’ve sent out over 7 pieces of stamped mail in the mail”outbox” and none of the mails have reached to my buyers. definitely there’s some type of theft on the inside of this post office. bc now I can’t get compensation for the $50 worth of items in those envelopes. Never had a problem like this since I’ve been doing this since November. But whoever they decided to hire as of recent or it’s just a pretty brave associate who takes mail from others beware don’t put your mail to be picked up from these bozos. I’ll rather just drop them off in another part of town 15 min away. definitely shady stuff happens here. I also have video proof of dropping them off. Wish I could give this place a 0 stars

** to the front ladies and anyone who works here, I will not stay quiet. I will be reporting this incident and as well as this post office. I have submitted a formal complaint, and also if this issue doesn’t get resolved ASAP, I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs. I highly suggest others do the same.
Wow, the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life! These people are so useless, they don’t help at all. They lie to you and say your mailbox key will be ready within a week and then when you call no one ever picks up, I had to call all week in order to have someone pick up the phone! Not to mention they are so rude!!! Like if it’s your fault they’re not doing their job right! The lady with braids up at the front is rude as hell! Unhelpful as hell and probably lied about my key being ready told me she couldn’t help me and to find someone else to help because she couldn’t! Who the hell runs this place?! Worst attitudes ever! Why lie about the time frame?! Why lie and say you’re going to call me in a few minutes and then never call?!?! Why do I have to waste my time to go up there 25 minutes away from my HOUSE?!?! I have packages in my damn mailbox that I can’t even access!!! I just want my keys!!

This post office gave me and my family the run around regarding a change of address for months. Telling me my in laws needed to submit the form. Then my in laws go to submit it and then they tell them it’s out job to do it. We went up to the post office FIVE times and got nothing done. They wouldn’t listen to us or the situation and were extremely rude. The most unhelpful group of workers I’ve ever seen. It’s been so frustrating trying to get anything accomplished and our mail has been screwed up for months because they refuse to give us a concise solution.

Terrible help on the phone I’d asked about my package because my mail box got ran over and I fixed my mail box and asked “do yall have my package at the facility” and she has attitude and hung up the phone don’t expect to get anywhere when you call them

This post office NEVER comes to my door to make an “attempt of Delivery” they go to our mail box station. I live 30 minutes away. Why do I have to pay a delivery fee for a package that won’t be delivered to me?

Every single time I have to go to this location, I'm left feeling like I had no business being there in the first place. It's not okay to be so rude to every single person who walks in that door.

Terrible customer service… I literally just needed strand of tape for my label since I didn’t have enough for it and of course they wanted me to buy a whole thing up tape for it….. rude as well. I really hope I never have to come back again.
