Never come to this pharmacy!! took 1 hour and 30 min to get my prescription. While i was waiting some lady called me and told me my prescription was delayed i needed another insurance card besides the one i already gave her. \\\"Because it was the law\\\" which did not make sence gave me an attitude just to call me back 2 min after and say. That my prescription was ready for pickup. They give you a hard time for no reason. This was worst experience in pharmacy I ever had.

I saw my doctor today, Friday June 9, and was told that I have really high blood pressure so he ordered some blood pressure medication for me from this Walgreens in Cleveland. He said that I could start taking it today. Before I went to the Walgreens , I called to confirm that the medication would be ready but according to the computerized message, the medication would not be available for pick up until Monday, June 12. I was able to talk to a live person and told him the situation and she said my medication would be available for pick up at 6 PM. To play it safe I showed up at seven and was told by the guy in the window of the pharmacy that Mike medication is not due for pick up until the 12th. I tried to tell him the situation, but he spoke right over me. He ignored everything I was trying to say. Eventually, he said he would put the medication together. Obviously somebody dropped the ball on this one. I looked in my rearview mirror and see four cars behind me. Their customer service sucks.

I came in looking for a gift card and Jierh (hope I spelt that correctly) an employee was very willing to help me find it even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted I found an alternative, I really was appreciative of the help.

If I could give this location no stars I would. Walgreens is holding Cleveland, Texas hostage. They are slow and very inefficient. They place folks on hold forever on the telephone. They are obviously understaffed and work in a small confined space. They text folks that prescriptions are ready and when a customer arrives it's not ready. No professional at all. My PCP placed an order on Friday morning for an increase on my diabetic injection. Guess what most people would think it would be ready that evening or perhaps the next day. But it's ready on Monday maybe!!! Then I call to get my prescription on Saturday when I'm due to take it they place me on hold, conveniently, until their lunch break and disconnect me. I'm furious and extremely disappointed. I hope that this one pharmacy town we'll get another pharmacy that will treat their customers better!!

They are a joke! Wait in line for 30 minutes trying to pick up medicine for my wife. I knew her date of birth but not her new phone number, so I had to go to the car get her new number and then wait in line again only to be told now their system is down.

I've never sat In a slower drive through pharmacy line. For 2 cars in front of me I sat there for 45 minutes. It's ridiculous.

I get that it's always busy and I never complain. Didn't today either but God she was rude. Find a different pharmacy cuz u can hear them complaining and talking about walking out. Just run

Poor service. Excessive wait times. Rude Pharmacist. I've been with Walgreen's for 30 years and I can say this is the WORST store I have ever dealt with. It is sad that they are a part of my care team because they couldn't care less.

The gentleman was very helpful. But the pharmacist herself was not helpful at all and did all she could to make it harder for him. Rolling her eyes and doesn’t treat people like a human. We are a number.

We received messages that our prescriptions were ready for pick up. When in fact they were not ready. Then the manager has the Gaul to say it is our fault. No thank you I will get my scripts from a online pharmacy.

Why does it take so long to give people their prescriptions. 3 cars 1 hr. this is ridiculous!! How do you move so slow. What can be done to improve this situation?
