I was shocked to see all the bad reviews I can't speak a whole lot on the pharmacy end but all the cashier's and store employees are very nice always happy ,smiling and helpful always. I want to say something to people who are always leaving bad reviews everywhere they go and don't get what they want as quickly as they would like. Everyone deserves the same service as you. It takes a lot of time to verify insurance I have recently learned and if there is only 1 patient a day that needs I prior authorization it can all by itself cause a hour and a half delay. Trust me it sucks for anyone having to wait but be grateful you can go home and come back later and your not the phone on the phone fighting for the patient. And maybe you have never needed a prior authorization but one day you might and I hope that they work as hard as they do for everyone else for you

The people working in the pharmacy are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They’re always acting like they’re doing you a favor. No clue about customer service and they have a bad attitude. They don’t know what a smile is!!! Maybe someone needs to draw a smiley face on their faces. Never again going back especially when you can’t get them on the phone. You have to go in person while you have Covid exposing people in the store to find out their excuse every single time saying that your doctor didn’t send in the prescription only to find out hours later they filled it. They’re all need to be FIRED!!! Taking my business elsewhere!!! This is what you call a waste of space between their ears.

No wonder all the bad reviews. It’s like Walgreens hires the worst bargain basement pharmacist they can find and hires them. This pharmacist refused to fill because they “felt” like I have been on this particular medication too long?!?!? So this pharmacist thinks they know more about my health than my doctor does? Where do you guys find these pharmacists that want to play doctor but don’t want to go to school to actually be a doctor? Filing a complaint with the state.

Wow, just wow, had the best customer service with pharmacy. Her name is Sam and was a joy to interact with. Very upbeat,helful,positive aditude and really think this woman should be recognized for her work.

If you are on long term pain management and need schedule II prescriptions, forget about it going to this specific Walgreens. Pharmacist talked to me as if I was a crackhead and denied me my medication even though I’ve been coming to Walgreens since my incident in 2019. Now when I try to send anything there they remove the pending prescriptions and proceeds to hang up on me when that pharmacist realized it’s me. It’s very unprofessional. This is my 1st review ever. That pharmacy needs a entire staff change. Since I live here with no car, makes it extremely hard to get transportation to any other pharmacy.

Do not waste your time here better off going to Brookshires or Walmart. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. Brought my prescription in and the lady with blonde hair and green eyebrows was so rude!! Over heard the workers saying my prescription would be ready by 5:51 but "tell her to just come back tomorrow at 11am since we close at 6pm". Wow. Who's in charge of these people? Leave the attitude at the door, you're getting paid.

I saw my doctor today, Friday June 9, and was told that I have really high blood pressure so he ordered some blood pressure medication for me from this Walgreens in Cleveland. He said that I could start taking it today. Before I went to the Walgreens , I called to confirm that the medication would be ready but according to the computerized message, the medication would not be available for pick up until Monday, June 12. I was able to talk to a live person and told him the situation and she said my medication would be available for pick up at 6 PM. To play it safe I showed up at seven and was told by the guy in the window of the pharmacy that Mike medication is not due for pick up until the 12th. I tried to tell him the situation, but he spoke right over me. He ignored everything I was trying to say. Eventually, he said he would put the medication together. Obviously somebody dropped the ball on this one. I looked in my rearview mirror and see four cars behind me. Their customer service sucks.

I came in looking for a gift card and Jierh (hope I spelt that correctly) an employee was very willing to help me find it even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted I found an alternative, I really was appreciative of the help.

If I could give this location no stars I would. Walgreens is holding Cleveland, Texas hostage. They are slow and very inefficient. They place folks on hold forever on the telephone. They are obviously understaffed and work in a small confined space. They text folks that prescriptions are ready and when a customer arrives it's not ready. No professional at all. My PCP placed an order on Friday morning for an increase on my diabetic injection. Guess what most people would think it would be ready that evening or perhaps the next day. But it's ready on Monday maybe!!! Then I call to get my prescription on Saturday when I'm due to take it they place me on hold, conveniently, until their lunch break and disconnect me. I'm furious and extremely disappointed. I hope that this one pharmacy town we'll get another pharmacy that will treat their customers better!!

Tonight's visit. Pharmacy drive thru. Rude female employee in gray. Not friendly at all. Tossed meds in drawer, saying nothing then turned around. It's always such a friendly experience at this drive thru. I take care of people and often have to pick up meds. No other Walgreens are the pharmacy staff like this.

I must say, all the pharmacy technicians that I have dealt with here, especially Jasmine & Tracy have been so nice & all have GREAT customer service! I also must say the pharmacist - Ebenzer was very informative of all my prescriptions. Great staff!! Keep up the good work!!! God Bless
