The workers of the department where awesome! The workers were not the problem the problem is they cut back employees. That help with checking in & getting people out. The 2 stars are for the 2 guys & 2 cashier's back there. The 1 manager told me she didn't care about how long I was there seemed irritated with the situation.

They don't answer the phone because they're working extremely hard. The person helping you is also the person changing your oil. They're short staffed yet remain professional and respectful. Went in for an oil change. Will start using their service from here out.

Bought tires and set up an 8am installation appointment. Called store the day before and Service Center confirmed tires were delivered and the 8am appointment. I showed up 7:45 am. At 9:05 am my car was still untouched. I asked Debbie at the Service Center front desk and she told me to get here early and appointment doesn’t mean anything. I went outside and the tech told me it is first come first served and people drop off cars early.Service: Tires

Walmart needs to pay people a living wage so that they want to work here. What is the point of making an appointment on their website for auto care if you have to wait 2 hours because they're understaffed. Make it make sense Mr. Walmart

shty TLE manager not helping a senior citizen with flat repair even though she had a warranty still had to pay $100 then kept her keys and had to drive an hour back to Walmart with no compensation so I'll mark this Walmart off my list because I don't believe in taking advantage of anyone much less our senior citizens

These “mechanics” watched my wife pull up for new tires. They stood around or walked away from her. She ended up having to report them to get anyone to help her. Once when I went they spent about 5 minutes tossing tires around. I understand they need to put the tires away, but does it take nearly 6 guys? Can one not just take car orders and get things moving?Service: Tires

Quick enough service but above all affordable prices compared to all the other shops around. Sure sometimes you have to wait longer than usual but the price of services make up for it tenfold

I just shopped for a fuse checking device here because I have used them for oil changes in the past & lets just say, you are better off taking your car to New Caney Walmart

Pathetic all needed was to change one single time w new tire. One hr 45 mins nobody touched it. I was told 10 cars to go first. I had to get a white sweater wearing Manager that didn't want to get dirty to change it. After FINALLY getting it done he goes did you pay for mount and balance? INSANE! WHO DOESN'T NEED MOUNT AND BALANCE?! I had to go back in and pay another charge to finally get one single tire and rim 2 hrs and 15 mins. LIVINGSTON WALMART SERVICE CENTER.

This place is abysmal. They opened over an hour late and then took over an hour to lift my vehicle for a tire rotation. After one and a half hours from arriving they told me there was a camber issue and then waited 15 minutes to find a manager for manager approval (he was eating apparently) only to tell me they wouldn't rotate.

I'll admit my man was a little bit rude when we got there. He knows a lot about cars and engines. But the attendant walked away and stopped helping us. Then she sent someone else to finish signing us in. After they serviced the car they purposefully parked it as far away from the shop as possible so we had to walk all the way out there. I won't be back.
