Cleveland Walmart is the worst location to shop at. I live in Cleveland but I will travel to New Caney for better service. I only go to Cleveland if I absolutely have to. I do not like self checkout And there are never any registers open or there is only one open at a time. And the employees are always gathered outside chatting and smoking. And when you're needing assistance from a CSM or an employee in the store they will not stop talking to each other long enough to acknowledge you're standing there or they'll look at you roll their eyes and walk away. The isle's always smell like marijuana or fruity because of the in-store shoppers are always smoking their devices or vapes, very gross.

I love coming to this Walmart. It's never crowded and the customer service is great here. The curbside customer service reps are very nice as well.

Filthy store and the lady who was running the self check out by the pharmacy is as rude as can be. The greeter at the front is always the highlight of the store and the nicest lady.
