On at least 4 different occasions now I have attempted to purchase items in store only to be told I had to buy online and come back to the store several hours later. Explain the logic of a brick and mortar store that refuses to sell items to customers when I'm looking right at it? Waste of my time and gas

Well ... another trip to the Cleveland mall has me enamored at how little these people do for customers. I needed help... I pushed the assistance button at the paint counter once about every 10 min and I waited for and hour and a half for someone... anyone to walk by and help. A stalker finally helped me without moving from the spot he was standing .... how hard was that?

Went to one in poter and it was clean but the works act like they knew nothing .no registrar were open.only do it your self .and the line was very long .they never open any check outs to help .

lack of understanding when someone had been driving for 6.5 hrs that day, 9 the day before, extremely tired missed 2 small items after carrying larger weight, with multiple offers to pay as needed the items .. completely refused to be any kind of 'not a pissing contest to see who can snatch more ppl' compassionate over ego under tall security personnel

Absolute joke of a store. On a not busy day it takes over 30 minutes standing in line to check out. Tons of employees standing around on their phones and none actually working. The two or three on registers if they moved slower they would be going backwards. The "team leads" are too busy playing on their phones and chatting to do anything about it and the store manager has the backbone of a jellyfish and lets it all happen

JUDY needs a job at PetCo. not walmart. Since she is more into petting a puppie her friend had instead of helping out a customer.She was asked for help from the ladies in the customer service department and she wasn’t able to answer the question on top of been very RUDE, nor solve the problem. Instead 2 minutes later she is down by the cashiers having a great time talking to her friends been loud petting their puppy in the middle of work. UNPROFESSIONAL, She obviously wants to be at PetCo or Petsmart working and petting dogs instead of helping the customers infront of her that actually need help and she actually gets paid to do. And is she a manager too? No way walmart, you can do better than that. I hope upper management does something about it.
