Can this branch be any slower? I have 11 years of banking experience and it has NEVER taken me 10 minutes to process ONE transaction.Every time I use this branches drive through the wait is beyond ridiculous.

If I can give a zero I would. Horrible customer service- teller talks over you and doesn’t listen to what is actually needed. Will NEVER go to this bank again.

I went to ATM to deposit cash and it says it was unavailable but the line is SO long you don’t want to go inside because the ATM can give you better and faster service! Today I went in twice to see a banker and there is only 1! I did not see one either time! But she won’t take appointments. I have been using this branch for 18 years and have never had these problems until recently. This city has outgrown this branch!

Great service, branch manager greeted me while entering. Assured that I would be helped momentarily and Apologized for the wait. While waiting the branch manager educated me on my digital services which I plan on using in the future.Which I understood as we've all been short staffed before in our lives. I give them credit for trying their best and staying positive throughout the short staff issue.

I’m at the Cleveland Branch. I have been waiting an 1 hour 1/2. They only have 4 employees working the whole bank; one teller up front, one on the window, one doing paperwork and manager behind close doors. The manager told me; I can go to New Caney they have four bankers that can do notary. I have been banking here over 15 years and this is the worst.I wish, I could give a 0.

1) the Cleveland location NEVER answers the phone, you have to go there to get answers Bc the Service Center staff can’t answer for them and WONT try to reach a banker for you.2) literally the RUDEST people working there. They take forever to do even the simplest transactions3) they will send you to other locations to do what they can’t without verifying the other branch can actually help.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over three decades, with nothing but positive to say about this institution. I've financed a home, cars and also whenever I was scammed to any degree a simple phone call takes care of it. I could not and would not work with any other bank but Wells Fargo. Thank You ?

This is the most horrible bank, EVER! NOT just the Cleveland branch but Wells Fargo in general. I deposited a business check on April 18th, through the drive thru, with Megan being my teller. Was told my funds would be available the next morning, ONLY to receive a text that a hold was placed until the 27th due to “suspicious activity” on the check writers acct. Spoke with the office manger of the check writing company who contacted their bank and provided me with a copy showing the check had already cleared their side, yet, I’m still sitting here waiting for my funds to be available. Deposited two more checks yesterday, April 22nd. Guess what?? Two more alerts this morning that one is being held until the 26th and one until the 28th. 3 weeks of paychecks that I cannot access. To say I am LIVID is an understatement! SOMEBODY at Wells Fargo can release a hold. This is crazy insane and really puts people in unnecessary binds! My money will be withdrawn as soon as I can access and will NEVER use Wells Fargo again!

The teller Megan is horrible. She place a double hold on one check resulting in ALL of my funds being held, not just the check funds, I had to hold for 2 hours to get a formal customer service complaint with corporate. No access to ANY money for 10 days? You better believe I will take ALL of my money after these holds release and never bank with WF again. Not to mention she was rude. How do you hold funds twice? Not sure but Megan figured it out. Absolutely unacceptable fraudulent activity in my opinion.
