ZERO stars! If zero stars was an option, that is what I would choose. Long hold times, erratic deliveries cause us to run out of propane often. No one cares about fixing their broken system and when you call you receive “customer care” that is outsourced. They have been trying to charge me rent for 6 years on a tank that I OWN and installed myself! Every year they fix it and move on, but this year they just keep trying to shove it down my throat and asking me for a bill of sale proving that I own the tank! They need to show me a bill of sale proving that they own it! Look at the pictures of their “office”. WTH? It’s ridiculous and time to let the legal system handle it. I am done. Time for a new provider. I’m sure they will respond to this review with a generic request asking me to email or call them. I have done this multiple times since May of last year with no response or success. DON’T CHOOSE AMERIGAS AS YOUR PROVIDER! You will be glad you didn’t!

Worst company of all time!!! Ran us out of propane multiple times and you end up calling a call center who spews lies. Don’t worry 48 hours later you will have propane. Look at their reviews, buyer beware!!!!!

This place is literally the worst. I was promised delivery within 7 days. I call on day 7 to ensure I’m on the schedule. I was not. They wanted $300 to expedite the delivery they were late on, but still wouldn’t be able to give me a delivery date. The customer service is the worst. Foreign workers reading from a script.

I was without propane for 12 days when it was freezing. The delivery date was almost a week late. I had to call three times to get them to deliver.

Been having issues for over a year with this company.... Order a delivery and they don't show. Ordered a delivery and it said 3-5 days and it took 2 weeks when we first moved in in October '21... then we ordered a delivery in January '22 and they didn't come until after the big freeze. And originally in October said leak check good then why did I need more 3 months later then when they finally came in February said my take was bad..... They were able to bring all new stuff in March with a supposed no extra charges but then after was charged over $500 .just ordered more after Thanksgiving and they still never showed ... Driver cancelled our delivery for unknown reasons and we were never informed so they set a next day delivery and again still haven't showed.... It's been 3+ weeks as of today with no delivery and no one cares when you call customer support.

This is the sorriest excuse for customer service I’ve ever encountered. We ordered n PAID FOR a delivery Jan 22. Never delivered. (This was prior to the weather.)Then the winter weather hit. Ok I can accept issues with delivery. We have been told EVERY SINGLE DAY that we were priority. As of 10pm Friday night (Feb 19)no delivery and no one to answer the emergency phone call. As of 10pm we have NO propane. I wouldn’t recommend this company if they were the only ones out there.
