“Check-in and pickup process were quick and efficient. My service contact, Tony, did a good job communicating with me. This is the second time I have been to Douglas Chevrolet for service on my 2015 Colorado, I will return if needed in the future.”

“I cannot offer enough praise for Clifton Tires & Towing. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, professional, honest, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was his integrity. He easily could have recommended unnecessary repairs or services, but instead he was honest about what was actually needed. In today's world, that level of honesty and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who genuinely cares about helping people rather than making a quick dollar, I highly recommend Clifton Tires & Towing. Their exceptional customer service, knowledge, and integrity have earned my business and my recommendation to anyone needing automotive services. Thank you for such a positive experience!”

“Well I just took my Kia up there. My problems was starting. I've been to several mechanics and none of them could diagnose or do anything. It took him 5 minutes and he told me this is what it was. Go get the part and I'll put it in. You can't beat that”

“Hector was incredibly friendly and professional while working on my car. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was being done, taking the time to explain everything throughout the process. Even though the repair was a simple fix, he never tried to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work like some other shops do. His honesty, transparency, and excellent customer service made me feel like I was treated fairly. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing automotive service. I personally will definitely be back”
