Been there a couple of times got good service but lately not so good. Went to cut my son's hair twice and both times the lady said she didn't have time. First time went in 20 minutes till close time and said no, just went there again and "she didn't have time"

Not worth the money they are charging... I spent 300 on a 1/2 head of highlights, base color, toner, cut and blow out. The job isn't bad but it isn't mind blowing either! I would spend 250 in other salons where they offer you complimentary food and beverages and are more high-end which this place isn't... They colorist dropped the brush while doing my highlights 3 times! Then when we went to the sink she dropped something down my back... I have color on my hands, arms and feet! Then I go home and my husband informs me I have color all over the back of my new shirt! Will not go back here again! Way to much money for unpro

Minnie is amazing! Whenever I have a big event to go to, I know to contact Minnie because she never disappoints! Minnie is excellent at what she does and I ALWAYS gets soo many compliments of my hair when she does it! She is also so great to talk to and has the best personality. I always have a great experience with her/BM Hair studio ! 10/10 !!

Minnie is the best. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted for my hair and she made it come to life. She was able to do things to my hair that nobody else has ever been able to such as giving my hair the incredible volume that I wanted. I did a trial with her before my wedding and then she did my bridal hair as well as her and her team did my mother in law and bridesmaids and they did a fantastic job. They started very early and worked hard and I would 10/10 times book her again.

Can I give a negative star? I never got a chance to visit this establishment thanks to the inept receptionist. I called to make an appt a week prior and the girl couldn't seem to comprehend "next Saturday". I found a person named Minnie from Yelp and was going to try her for the first time. Then on the day of the appt I called to confirm the time and was told by the same girl that Minnie wasn't in. I had a four o'clock wedding and then had to scramble to find another salon at the last minute I told receptionist that if this is how they run the business, I want no part of it

Minnie did an excellent job cutting my hair. It was refreshing to encounter a stylist who was fun and willing to talk out what I wanted. She gave me a great pixie cut that was fresh and not old lady !

unsatisfied with this hair salon!!! didn't feel welcomed at all. On top of it all i was very unhappy with my hair. stylist promised me a nice Carmel blonde...my hair was ORANGE. I was charged 260 dollars for orange hair! NEVER going back this salon is a rip off that needs new stylist.

I came in from out of town and needed a spot to get my hair done. I seen this place on yelp and called to make an appointment. I showed up a little earlier than scheduled but Minnie was able to start styling my hair right away. Throughout the time she was styling my hair she kept good conversation going. She also checked in with me often about how I liked my hair and adjusted to my pickiness. I was completely satisfied with her time management, conversation, professionalism and hospitality. She made me feel like I've known her forever! I highly recommend this place!

Love this place . Minnie did an amazing job with my hair , definitely going back . Wonderful service and for a very reasonable price . Everyone in the salon very welcoming and professional. The women who work here go out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the transformation of their hair . I'm personally very picky when it comes to people doing my hair , I pick this place any day before going back to A F Bennet.

Really nice experience at this salon! Fun and super pleasant stylist/studio owner. Convenient location... super clean and feminine looking salon. Would come back again. Had some really unpleasant salon experiences at other Staten Island salons but here totally different,great stylist,clean and beautiful salon,very pleasant and easy interaction with stylist / owner.

Definitely recommend this place! Very convenient, open on Sunday's I went in for a touch up, highlights and a Keratin blowout. I was very happy with the results and got a lot of compliments from people! Love Mini, she really goes the extra mile to make sure that you're satisfied!!!
