Stayed 2 weeks very friendly staff, room was basic and comfortable. Fresh coffee and breakfast simple Ok!
Parking signs need To be set up and cameras needed as well around hotel in the parking structure for diesel’s to be parking in the back only, my brand new rental car was scratched from a big wide construction truck was not happy about that. 🫤Other than that 👍👍

This was the last hotel we stayed in for our 10 day move down the continent. The person at the front was very friendly and welcoming but our room was just awful. Our room had a horrible sweaty odor. I picked up hair all over the bathroom floor. One of the bedsheets had hair and grimy yellow bits on it. The floor was not vacuumed and it was so disgusting in there we kept our baby from walking on it. There was grime and dust on the alarm clock and several other items in the room. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

("Customer Beware"), We Checked Out Of The Hotel & Everything Was Ran Smooth . As Soon As We Were On Our Way I Got A Call From The Hotel Because My Friend Got Cut While In The Hotel Room & There Was A Little Blood On The Sheet . The Lady Proceeded To Inform Me They Are Going To Have To Charge Us A Extra $30.00 To Get The Blood Out Of The Sheet. I Asked If It Was Posted & She Replied,Yes I Said Where Because I Didn't Read It Anywhere & I Told Her All The Stuff They Had Post Up Front & The Charges. Oh She Said It Was In The Incidentals .? LOOK AT THE REVIEWS WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE RUNNING THIS SCAM ON .I Told Her We Were Not Paying & We Would Be Taking It Up With Our Bank. She Didn't Even Call From A Company Phone # It Was A Cell Phone For A Julio Alberto, Not A Best Western Or 800 .

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay at this hotel. They are running a scam here. I was charged $118 for a room. A couple of nights later I check my credit card and see a $162 charge from this same hotel. I tried to call the hotel and get no answer. I call corporate and they call the hotel. Corporate tells me there was a blood stain on a sheet that wouldn't come out. $162 for a sheet? Corporate says they can't do anything to help since it is individually owned. If you stay take pictures. This must be a racket for them since how do you dispute it. Ill leave this review every site I can find. To think I paid this much for a room and they didn't even have soap.

I stayed here last night with my 5 year old son because it was the only thing left for miles. The room had a weird smell, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was gross, and we woke up to a cockroach in the bathroom… I do not recommend. I am so sad because it was $140 for the night along our 34 hour drive.

Easy on & off the freeway to this location. Staff is friendly. The hotel is just kind of ok if you're looking for a place to crash after driving all day. No real complaints about hotel or staff.

Staff was friendly but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were used and empty, the table surfaces in the room were sticky
and the breakfast bagels were completely stale.
