The arrangement purchased through Flowers for You (an online flower service) used this particular flower shop. Not only was the arrangement NOT the one selected online. But the one they decided to deliver died within 3 days. A waste of money!

I placed a very specific order 12/5/23 for one large succulent dish garden item and my girlfriend received a completely different item - different container, different plants, I think even the price should have been different.The shop should have notified me if they had a problem fulfilling the order and chose a replacement, or if more time was needed to do it correctly. If they flat out filled the order incorrectly, that is a different problem.I noticed the shop via email a day or two later of the problem and sent the image of my order and a photo of what was received. There has been no response.I will not use that shop again.

We ordered this flower for a dear friend who lost a family member they promoted something beautiful and sent us a half dead plant for $95 this was supposed to be delivered today to the services on behalf of the department staff… we called they were rude and u willing to help and hung up on us then they never answered the phone again. DONOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

If I could, I would leave 0 stars... Paid nearly $100 for a re-picked plant that was on the verge of dying. Completely let down for my funeral arrangement. Owner hung up on us and avoided phone calls when she found out I was unhappy. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I've ordered 2 separate bouquets for delivery and both times were phenomenal. All I did was call and tell them what kind of flowers I wanted, and they created amazing looking bouquets. The price with delivery fee is very reasonable for what they have created so far. Definitely my go to florest for Clint.

Didn’t fill the order with 1800 flowers correctly. Could have substituted the missing item, but just said “sorry about that” instead. Don’t recommend.

Placed an order online with no issues and delivered the next day. Really helps since I’m not in town. There’s a variety to chose from! I just wish i was notified when the delivery was made. Other than that no issues

Extremely disappointed. Ordered flowers for mothers day and they showed up broken, wilting, and some flowers were actually missing petals. Would not order from them.

I had flowers delivered to my girlfriend twice in one week who was having a Bad week due to a close family member falling ill to Covid. The first delivery was not what I ordered but she was pleased to receive so I didn't complain, but the second delivery not only was it not what I ordered but the flowers were wilted and some were broken. The worst part was that my girlfriend told me even though she appreciated the flowers she told me to never buy flowers from that florist again.

Really bad experience with them. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day according to their details on the website for a particular bouquet. Once I received a picture of the flowers delivered to my grandma, I was very disappointed. The bouquet had 3 red roses (not as many nor the hot pink ones the website advertised) and not completely different vase. I purchased this particular bouquet because of the vase. I understand we’re not going to look exactly like the photo. The owner should’ve called me and told me about the substitutions. She should’ve mentioned that she didn’t have the vase or any of the flowers before my purchase. If you do not have what your website is advertising then you are false advertising. I want what I paid for according to what a business advertises on a website. It saddens me that owners get away with awful customer service.
