My Amazon prime packages don't get delivered because they don't deliver it to your home... instead they tag it as undeliverable and put a pink slip in your mailbox for you to pick up at the post office. They are open same times that I'm at work meaning I can get my packages until Saturday which defeats the purpose of prime and when I Saturday delivery the lady doesn't put my pink slip until like 11 and they close at 11 so I can't pick it up. So frustrating. If they didn't have the resources to keep up with the Amazon contract they shouldn't have gotten it.

Worse place to come honestly. They have no customer service whatsoever. They don’t greed you when you come in. When you go out. Just plain lazy people working here honestly I came today 09/06/25 to send a package and instead of helping me they made me do it. In other places they help you etc and treat you like customer service do. Here not even a smile you get back. Not coming back here again.

Post man at the counter today, 6/30/25, did not want to help my elderly mother process her passport. There was no line and no clients. He said, he did help scheduling appointments and that he didn’t like to do passports. He stopped doing passports for four months and just takes very few because people are rude. He denied her as a walk in even though he had zero clients at the office.

So I was told that they don't do passports here anymore. The worker said the website has not been updated but that's not on them. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of who helped us but she said that if we had all of the necessary items that she can still submit the passport for us. We didn't have the photo so we drove to a pharmacy, got the photo, went to a different post office that was closer, and they said that they couldn't submit the passport even though we had everything. So Clint could and they couldn't ?? I believe the second one was Joe Battle but not sure. We drove back to Clint and the woman held her word and submitted the passport for us (:. It was very quick and I got my passport within 3 weeks (:. Thank you!

Attitudes are plain passive aggressive, and condescending. From the so called “Manager” down to the employees. Find yourself another USPS. Take your business elsewhere.

The girl that works there is so rude! I have a apt for 2 and she said my appt was not in the list and can only see one I asked to talk to a manager and she had me speak to another guy that was there who was not a manager and he said he knew nothing about passports. I had to go again and she charged me a $15 money order fee when money order are $2. She said that was the fee and that’s it she’s stealing from people! I asked to talk to a manager again and she said to call the 800 number I don’t get why she’s still there after reading all this bad reviews.

Worst post office to assist in passports! Dont go here unless you want to be treated like dirt. We had an appointment for 5 and they only did my husband and 2 sons, the lads was rude and even the post master was rude!! I had to go the week after as a walk in to do mine and the guy who attended me was rushing me and didn’t let me get my daughters done! I ended up taking my daughter to the George Dieter post office which was almost 3 weeks after they were helpful kind and quick. 4 weeks later I have received my daughters passport and passport card and are still waiting for the rest of ours God knows what the clint workers did!!

The lady that has grey hair and glasses she is so racist if you speak to her in Spanish just to ask a very simple question for help. Her name is Maria. She even told a costumer to go back to her country she didn’t understand English good enough too fill out the passport application. She even got mad with me when I help her. How can this place still has people that are so ignorant on their job. Like she are paying a service and we deserved to have al least empathy with people. She even got mad because I asked her If I could borrow a pen. She is so ignorant! Lady!! If you don’t like your job get another one! You are acting like if you own the place!!!

They are always so rude, we had a passport appointment and they never communicated to us that the photo machine wasn’t working so we had to go to the nearest photo place and he didn’t want to wait for us even though we were in time in the first place, also they act so rude when we ask a question regarding the application, if they don’t like their job then go somewhere else where you don’t interact with people ?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got to my passport appointment early and scheduled for photo services to be included. The lady at the front desk with the grey hair and glasses said the camera wasn’t working and they had tried to call me only the night before. I answered once and no one was on the line. Then she started nitpicking my application saying they wouldn’t accept my birth certificate when I’ve used it before successfully to get a passport. She completely deflected because they were unprepared and would have turned me away anyways. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. She even said, “if you want to send the birth certificate in like this I can.” Completely illogical. I was very polite and she gaslit me. How can I even try to send anything in when my application is incomplete because you can’t take my photo?

Lady that received us for passports was extremely rude. If she doesn’t like her job she could just say that. I came in with my mom and she was not ethical at all yelling at me and my mom when we were previous called and sent to forms.

The woman that helped me was understanding, and she said she didn’t handle my package but I’m extremely upset. I was waiting for my package and it said “individual picked up at post office.” We never go for our mail there and went I went to speak to them , they said that the individual had “proof” but I’m the only that had the information. They need to start asking for signatures or something, because It’s the second or third time my packages go missing like that and it’s extremely freaking annoying. USPS get it together PLEASE, and I’ll say it again .. ASK FOR IDS OR SIGNATURES.
