Extremely disappointed with the service at Western Cleaners. I brought in clothes to be dry cleaned with a clear deadline because I needed them for an important event. I was assured they’d be ready on time — but they weren’t. No warning, no follow-up, no apology. Just empty promises and a complete lack of accountability.
Because of their failure to meet a basic commitment, I was left scrambling last minute — and ultimately had to attend my event without the clothes I specifically planned to wear. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
If you have anything remotely time-sensitive or important, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Horrible place that shows how unprofessional they are towards certain people.
I took quite a few sets of uniforms and despite doing the dry cleaning, they purposely messed up all the zippers so they wouldn't work. I thought it was a simple mistake after noticing one however when I checked all of them they were all messed up. I recommend you go somewhere that demonstrates professionalism and honest care for their customers despite any background.

I was hoping this was going to be a good review. The dry cleaning was decent. I took 4 sets of uniforms and I noticed one had a zipper that was tampered with, it was pressed so hard it wouldn't move. I didn't mind this as I thought it was a mistake. However I inspected the rest of the uniforms and all of them had zippers that had been tampered with. I don't know if they did it on purpose, out of malice due to the customers background but I do not recommend this place. I think it was very unprofessional to do such a thing and mess up uniforms for someone like that
