I'm on my 3rd suv with them and I have no problem with they vehicles!!!! I even took my nephew over there to get a suv from them as well... They work with you and their mechanic do good work on the repairs..

I want to give a big thank you to AZ Motors! When I really needed a vehicle, they didn’t just sell me a dream they helped me by letting me lease one when I didn’t have many options. When Hurricane Beryl hit and everything was upside down, they worked with me and gave me time until I could catch up on my payments. And even when I had repairs to make on my truck, they were understanding and patient.
The key is communication. If you talk to them, they will work with you. I’ve had my truck for over a year now and I absolutely love it. It’s a 2012, so of course I expect a few minor repairs here and there but it’s been dependable and I wouldn’t trade it for the world… well, unless it’s for the same model because I truly love it that much!
I hear people say all kinds of things, but I have never experienced anything but kindness and professionalism. Everyone in the office has been friendly and respectful. I would recommend AZ Motors to anyone who needs a second chance they gave me mine. Thank you AZ Motors for treating me like more than just a customer.

My own personal experience with this company has been great and I am grateful to them! Communicate with them and you can have a great experience as well! I’ve had two good cars with them and the mechanics are very prompt and accurate with the couple of times I needed something fixed! Thank you, AZ Motors!

They say your job is your credit, but it is not true. We are from Freeport, but because we traveled out town for work Now we can’t get approval..but after reading the reviews we’ve glad that our jobs didn’t work as credit.. Hopefully Carmax will make this happen.. They actually work with everyone..

They charge you whatever they want, doesn't matter on what the bluebook price. If u take your vehicle in for maintenance,they steal your items in your vehicle. You should have a camera in your vehicle. And when they tell you they are working on your vehicle,they fix nothing but still charge you a lot of money for nothing. My vin number on my truck didn't match my motor. It broke down every other week,I spent 300 dollars every other week to fix it. And when I couldn't fix it myself,I took it in. They refused to fix it,they wanted me to pay for fixes that they didn't fix. So when we finally just gave it back to them,they wouldn't let me come and get my things out of the truck. They stole all my tools I had in my back seat. When I finally got a ride to come see what was left I could take they parked it so close to other vehicles that I couldn't get everything out. I had to leave my toolbox I had in the back of truck. So not only did they still over 500 dollars worth of tools,they stole my 1500 dollar toolbox. I would never let my worst enemy go there,they are not honest they are thieves. Beware people of Texas this place should be shut down and imagination should be called. The power should be arrested for robbery.

These fat men will sell you a vehicle and look for anything that they can to repossess it. They will not work with you. They will simply sell your vehicle to someone else and make more money from it. Take your money somewhere else. These two fat men will screw you over.
