I told her the situation I was in and she went out of her way to come to my address and replace the battery. She did it I think in 5 minutes or less and her attitude was more than pleasant. “Stopped by the Clute location on Dixie Dr store because I was in the area and needed a replacement brake light bulb, or so I thought. It was a really pleasant experience for the small amount of time that I spent in store. The counter person was friendly and asked if he could help me right away. He knew exactly what part I needed and brought it to me. We chatted with another employee making smalltalk passing time about the weather, cars etc. The store was super clean, the glass storefront windows clear and the clerks were all in clean uniforms with smiling faces. Great attitudes.”
