“When I took vehicle in ..guys where very knowledgeable..I thought I needed a windshield..well on top under the gasket was a spot of rust "pinhole size" enough for water to zip in..couldn't see it if gasket was on .. well they are amazing ..not only got a new windshield repaired the pinhole so no further damage would happen..My pleasure doing business and yes absolutely will come back to them and strongly would recommend them. I give them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“So after many years of loyaly going to J for my auto repair's, I learned today that there is now a new owner. However, after today's experience, I am just as confident in him and his team as I was in J. This is because after going to FOUR different places for my brakes squealing (two of which are also well established places that included a place I exclusively went to for brakes, tires, alignments, and such), nobody could figure out why it was squealing. Each swore up and down that my brakes pads and rotors looked fine. I finally took it to J's even though I didn't usually bother him with this particular type of work, and met the new owner. He wasn't even able to replicate the conditions that were making it squeal, but because he believed me and ACTUALLY took the time to check properly (I guess? I really still don't understand what everybody else's problem was as they each heard it squealing. Who knows.), he was able to find the issue and explain my options to me (P.S. - his recommendation wasn't even the most expensive one). Now it's finally fixed and I don't have to be super embarrassed every time I'm inching through my kid's school pick up line anymore! ?Anyways, just wanted to thank both J for making sure he didn't leave the reputation that came with his business' name to someone that had any less integrity than he did, and to the new owner for caring and giving me my sanity back!”

“Lonnie was very helpful and saved the day for us as we were visiting from San Antonio when our car broke down. In fact, we were on our way to our grandson’s first birthday party. Luckily, a Firestone was nearby! Lonnie and the other guys quickly diagnosed the problem and we were ready to go an hour later. We even made it to the birthday party on time thanks to Firestone! My husband and I were very appreciative of their understanding and sense of urgency to make it to our grandson’s birthday. We highly recommend the Firestone in the Lake Jackson- Clute area.”

“The mechanic, Davin Weaver, was quick and to the point, I will use him again for anything with my car. However, the cost was a bit high, using GM products instead of after market, raised the price a lot. I don't understand why this was done. I guess I will tell them to use after market next time. Also, the office lady yelled at me for parking behind a car. I didn't see a no parking sign, how was I supposed to know? Very rude and lacks professionalism.”
