“Can't thank Christian Brothers Automotive Lake Jackson enough. I was having issues with my transmission not shifting past 1st gear in my Nissan Rogue. Came across them via Google search and read great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they diagnose the main issue with my vehicle but they also did a free diagnostic of the rest of my vehicle which I happily said yes to. I was hoping the issue with the transmission was nothing serious, a quick simple fix, but unfortunately my transmission needed to be replaced. They provided pictures of my car with a detailed description of all the diagnostics performed giving me the option to add-on or not, with the prices they will cost as well. Once I agreed to the transmission replacement, they placed the order right away. Text updates during the week and before the weekend on the status of my car, very convenient! My car was ready in a week after dropping it off! Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, & EFFICIENT; They all have a passion for what they do, I could tell right away. They will treat your car as if it were their own, making sure you are satisfied with the work that was done before you leave their shop. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. “Wonderful experience and service. I had an appointment at the dealership next-door but once I arrived I was notified thatthey were 2 1/2 hours to three hours behind! I drove over to Kwik Kar and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. They we're even cheaper than the dealership. On top of that, they noticed, my school employee ID on my console and gave me a 10% discount. How awesome is that? I am 53 and don't often find places that go above and beyond for their customers. Maybe because it was 2 women and 1 man were hustling instead of wasting time. I highly recommend you stop in here.”
