“My f150 was running rough between 40 and 50 and was reading no oil pressure despite being full. Was told it would cost 150$ just to diagnose at Firestone and Christian brothers, but called this place and they offered to diagnose it for free. Got there and was told we would go on a short drive so he could see the issues. He told me it was a timing problem immediately after he turned on the engine and during the drive he said the symptoms aligned with that. He told me that it would be more expensive to fix the issue than the truck was worth and that he would do the work but it would ultimately break again because of the way the engine was designed citing his own experience fixing his engine several times before giving up and getting rid of his own f150. He gave me his time and expertise without asking for a cent in payment. I will definitely be visiting him again the next time I need work done on a vehicle.”
“Shout out to the team at Kwik Kar in lake Jackson. Very professional and honest I went in for an oil change and both of my air filters to be replaced. They did the oil change but they showed me the filters and they were still good and they told me they would change them if I still wanted to but they really didn’t need to be changed. How many shops would be that honest? That’s very rare these days! They earned a life time customer for sure.”
