This afternoon I tried to turn on my car, but my battery had officially given up. I called AutoZone and Connie picked up the phone! I told her the situation I was in and she went out of her way to come to my address and replace the battery. She did it I think in 5 minutes or less and her attitude was more than pleasant. I will continue doing business with AutoZone, because of her! Thank you, Connie:)

The lady who helped me dared to tell me that the 2008 Ford edge 4wd model does not have screws to adjust the alignment of the rear wheels. And because I ignore myself as a customer of that store. I have been an AUTOZONE customer for more than 20 years, the customer service was very terrible.

They are so incompetent! The lady at the register took forever computing my specifics.Then failed to assure my method of payment,... I had $20.00.⁰⁰ on my valid reward points. She turns off the computer. Resets it to the sum of full price. Wich is reasonable. But she made my $20 in Rewards dissappear and un valid. Now I can't use the $20. Says I have to wait till tomorrow to honor my full points! I so didn't appreciate that stupid move. I have to wait 24hrs to redeem such points, now.
