Bought brand new couches 6months ago under a year long warranty. Well 6 months in and of course the couches no longer work.Now onto the repair portion. Apparently after 6 months into your warranty they charge you to repair your couches. Or you can bring your couch back to the store but according to them you won’t see your couches for an estimated 6-8 weeks.So not only did the furniture barely last 6 months but you get screwed in the back end.

Great quality and prices are reasonable….. Ke Shawn was awesome in helping us through buying a couch set….. would be really nice if it could have been delivered but not available for that if you buy off floor.

We went in with the possibility of purchasing as we were only looking. Mrs. Lisa allowed us to shop freely and was so helpful when we reached out. We ended up purchasing a few items and it was all under what we wanted to spend. Ask for Lisa when you go in!

We shopped all day for outdoor furniture, to no avail. Within 5 minutes of walking into Bel Furniture, we found what we were looking for. Our thanks to Lisa for all her help and expertise! We will be back!

We had a great experience at Bel Furniture - Clute. Lisa - customer service representative was very helpful. We originally came in looking for a King size mattress and frame. We told her we needed to think about it. After thinking the purchase over we decided to go a different route. We decided on a daybed. We were not able to go back to the store. We contacted the store and spoke with Lisa on the phone. She went over all the options for our purchase and we paid on line. If we ever need more furniture we will definitely connect with Lisa. Lisa made things run so fast and easy. I would definitely recommend her for help.

I really like the atmosphere in the store, very comfy & relaxed. A really great selection of chairs and furniture, my kinda store. The ladies were informative and very nice & helpful.

Great customer service! Lisa was nice and helpful. Even though the sale was over she still honored the sale price since I had been there the previous weekend looking for furniture. The only bad thing is the delivery will take 3 weeks due to tax season.

Took a while to choose furniture for our den due to an unusual configuration. Lisa was very patient and helpful. I actually bought the warranty also, which I never do, because you can use it later and don't lose that money.
