I stopped by today because I had a low pressure low air pressure light come on and I knew I needed two new tires. I went to the inside and could get no help there waited 15 minutes in lime and there’s only one guy working on one customer at the counter and all the other people are out in the garage working so I decided to leave I just needed air filled up in my one tire so I pulled around to the air check waited five minutes nobody I went into the shop. One guy said we’re really busy man. We’ll just we’ll get to you when we can. I didn’t know that would be never so I walked back in there and Saw an employee goofing around riding a tire like he’s on a bowl and others laughing and then I’m just like I just needed air.

Bought 2 new tires and they didn’t balance them, so my car is riding funny now. I tried to go get them balanced and I wait over 2 hours without my car being touched. You’d think they would try to hurry and fix their mistake but nope. I left after waiting 2 hours. I’ll have them balanced somewhere else.

Kyle is probably the best customer representative i have ever encountered. Very helpful, accommodating, and hardworking to get you out the door as fast as they can. It's definitely worth the trip to pass all the rest of the discount tire stores to visit this one.

I have used them for years with no issues. This time they discovered I had a leaking valve and a bad spare, saving me a possible stranding! But I made an appt and came back to avoid the hour wait. At the appt time it still took 45 minutes to get in and was told they fit in the walk ins as they came first! That was frustrating! Seemed an appt made no difference.

All the employees were amazing and very helpful with my purchase of tires. The 12 month no interest is no what I received. Got my first bill and I am charged 32.99%. Card company said sorry they can’t help me. Be very careful using this. Had to pay off this bill with another zero interest card.

Been Discount Tire customer for over 10 years. Trust their knowledge and expertise and their caring and concern for the customer. If there is a Discount Tire near you-- there are many locations- highly recommend them. One trip and you'll see how good this business is. They totally CARE about the customer!!!

Johnathan was extremely helpful when I came in an hour before closing. I found a screw in my tire and went to get it patched. After talking to Johnathan about the state of my tires, matched with the distance I drive everyday, and then having him run some numbers for me , decided to buy all new tires. 10/10 the only location I go to ! Customer service is always TOP TIER!
