With 5 plus employees all standing at the front entrance, you would think they would greet you vs looking at you with blank stares as if you have shh on your face. Luckily a lady did greet me and help find what I needed and I thank her for that, however the rest of the guys- if you are going to work in customer service, the first thing you do is to acknowledge the customers not look at them with blank stairs and look away. Clearly let me know my business wasn’t wanted there.

I needed to get an old key copied. Went to Home Depot and both of their key machines were not able to do it. I had the same problem at Lowes so I headed over to Lake Hardware. They asked how many I needed and then immediately cut the new keys by hand! The 2 keys were cheaper than one key at Lowes. They both worked perfectly!! 🔑 🗝 🔐

I've been here only about 3 times and the workers here are really nice and super helpful. They didn't get frustrated when I ask questions even when I called before I went I'd have to say personally I like going here and will most likely continue.

I just wanted to know how the business is running at the lake hardware since it moved from down town lakejackson it was destroyed by a fire and they relocated right out in front out the Dow entry my grandfather had great credit there and got all his wood there while we were building projects around the LAKE in the farms.way to go lakejackson lake HARDware

Super nice people. They have big bottles of chupacabra seasoning! Their honey is amazing! They have half and full gallons of honey available! You can always find an employee to assist you! I prefer them to the big box stores. Shop local!

Rude. This location has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Upon entering the store, no greeting. I was never asked if I needed help. I was left to wander the store aimlessly looking for what I needed. Overheard an employee tell another, “just shut up.” The staff then did not help my 70 year old mother check out, did not provide a bag for her purchase. I advise going to Home Depot, where at least you get some help.

Customer service extraordinaire! My first and only ever visit here. I received a friendly greeting immediately upon entry. I asked if they had a replacement item for the one I had brought, and they found it for me. Highly recommend!

I just bought a 110 oz premixed fuel 50-1 Trufuel brand at lake hardware in Lake Jackson, I was charged $35 and change. That sounded really high so I went outside in my vehicle and looked at Lowe’s who sales the very same item for $23.98, this is a 50% markup at lake hardware. I went back inside and asked the attendant is this is correct what he charged me and he looked and said yes. I showed him the price at Lowe’s while he was looking it up. He offered nothing in return. I told them they just lost a customer!!! I will never buy another item from any of the Lake Hardwares. I don’t mind a little difference in the stores. LH is smaller so I’m sure they don’t get it as cheap but a 50% markup, come on. I am going to carry this back AND GET MY MONEY BACK
