Slow employees, messy store, not stocked fully but cashier was friendly

I will not go into the one on Dixie Drive anymore. The one, the last two times I went in there was over a five day span and the first day was inventory and product in most of the aisles stuff everywhere. It looked like the trucks had just come in and they hadn’t had time to put anything up and all of it was just thrown into the storeand then the second time I went in there like four days later, it was the same and the employees were visiting amongst themselves and really didn’t seem to care one way or the other if they had any customers

Brandon was very polite and professional. His gentle personality made me take a deep breath knowing are still young adults out there with good hearts and kindness. That is why my husband and I will continue shopping at our local Clute Dollar Tree and despite inflation they have only raised their prices 25 cents. So techniqually they are DOLLAR TWENTY FIVE TREE 🌳 🤔 😀 :)

Loved shopping here cashiers are friendly however they were out on most of the merchandise I was looking for The shows were bare for some reason I'm assuming that there were all sold out

If I could put zero stars I would. Alexis treated my friends like they were trash all because my girl needed to move some money around, and just needed a second. Little did the employees know they were there to buy memorial balloons that they had more than enough money to buy. Because this Alexis girl didnt take the time to understand the situation she made a horrible day so much worse. You never know what someone is going through.. @dollartree do better!!

Very hard to get thru the aisles. There was carts full of products waiting to get stocked in the middle of the aisles. It was hard to go around them and no one was stocking. Why stock in the middle of the day?

Was waiting in line for 5 minutes, with only one register open. Another cashier came up and opened their line. They proceeded to help people just arriving to the front and not prioritizing people already waiting in line. Terrible customer service. They should have told them to go to the back of the line and helped people already waiting. I set my items down and left because I don't go shopping at a place to be ignored by associates who don't care. There are plenty of other dollar stores for me to take my business to. A dime a dozen.So this an extension of the original review. I decided to give them another chance and went in because I needed to get cash back. Their cash back wasn't working (not sure how) and when I told the cashier I wanted to cancel the transaction she was very rude. I will never set foot in ANY Dollar Tree again.
