Management and employees are kind and professional. Service is prompt, even for relatively complicated repairs. They diagnosed my air conditioner leak, replaced the condenser, recharged the system, rotated tires and did an alignment all in a few hours! Will come back!

This is the only shop I’ve found in the area that didn’t dismiss my opinion or otherwise treat me poorly. They’ve done great work on a car that otherwise wishes to stop working and I believe the prices to not be completely outrageous. Thank you.

The Firestone Team was very informative and helpful. The communication was upfront and not delayed. Repairs were in a timely manner along with follow up. My 2016 Colorado is now back in top shape thanks to that team. Thank you for making it enjoyable Firestone Clute!

I called saturday and was able to book for a 7am monday. I confirmed with the shop and i was in and out as promised with a printout of the changes to the alignment. They were polite, efficient and most accomodating , even brewing a cup of coffee for me. Highly recommend! Thank you!

They were very friendly, extremely helpful, explained everything and took their time, and had a sense of humor. Already scheduled a second vehicle for maintenance at the end of the week. Excellent experience!!!

My car had some serious issues and was pretty much at the point of giving up. I brought it in to this Firestone and was met with exceptional service from the reps up front to the service technicians. They were able to break down everything that was wrong and that needing to be repaired. The turnaround time for serious repairs only ended up taking two days at max. My car is now check engine light free and now street legal again. I will be going back to this store for all future issues with my car! Thank you guys for taking care of all my needs!
