Had a 4pm appointment arrived 20 minutes early no one else around but a couple doing their taxes. At 407 when she finished I stated to her I am her 4 pm appointment. She told me I would have to wait until she did other customer I then said I have an appointment what the hell do you make an appointment if you can just show up and cut in line of appointments. Not very satisfied with the customer service and will not be using them next year for the piss poor service!!!!!!

I was impressed by how quickly my taxes were completed. In the end because of my age and income it was determined I really didn’t need to file except to get my whopping 33.00 back. She informed me after doing all the work she would give me all my information and I could go to the public library and file this return for free. I stated I would still need to pay her for her services and she told me this could just be a consultation. In the end I said I’d pay since they already did the work. She then gave me a seniors discount. Honesty and integrity was very much in play. You don’t get that from very many places these days.

I have been a client for several years, this year my tax preparer was very rude and unprofessional. When asked questions he did not want to answer any of my questions. When asked about a 1098T form to file with my taxes he brushed me off saying I do not need to file that, you won’t get anything back for it. When I wanted a break down to make sure everything was entered correctly I was told to just check it on myJH online. The fees are way too high to give a client such poor service. This year I was better off filing on my own.
