Called a few places, this was definitely the best price in the Lake Jackson area and about 50% cheaper than what Safelite wanted. Called them to schedule, they had my windshield and appointment the following day, took about 4 hours to install. Super friendly customer service. Will definitely be going back!

Had an 0730 appt. Showed up at 0700 and they had the gates open. Waved me in, and got started. I thought I needed a ride to get to work from there and come back around the lunch hour.
After they got the windsield out in 15 minutes there was no need to leave.
75 minutes total job. Pretty freaking amazing. And I have built cars for 40 years. Never changedoa windshield out that fast, and for a GREAT price.
What a great business model they have.
Great folks that work there too.

I had a small ding in my windshield. They told me to come on over anytime and they could fix it. I went over immediately and they took care of me, no waiting. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than a new windshield. The repair only took a few minutes and I was on my way. Office staff was very friendly.

Wife got a crack in her windshield. A simple google research led me here. $60 for a chip repair, really hoping it doesn’t spread has they quoted over $800 for a new windshield. Follow the signs to arrive at the correct shop.

Called them yesterday for a back window replacement. They got it in today and repaired it today. Thanks to Joanne she made it very pleasant for us, from the first call to waiting in the office with her. Met the owner he was very pleasant and friendly. Very good experience, I recommend this place.

The owner was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Was able to replace my window when I needed and wanted. Professional, great service and customer oriented did not treat like was in a rush. I strongly suggest using this place to get new windows. I pray I don't need to return but will if the need arises.

I had a window replaced at Ducros and they did not properly install the window or calibrate it after. I went to pick the car up after the initial installation and there was glass everywhere and the cover was dangling down. They worked on it for 45m to no avail, so they asked me if I could come back tomorrow and get it. I agreed. The guy even admitted he did not mark the windshield before installing it, so it was not aligned. I went back the next day and they acted like all was well. They had vacuumed the glass and the cover was attached. I assumed when I left it overnight again that they had properly repaired it. After a couple months of driving some of the calibrations still were not working properly and the cover fell off of the windshield. I took it back to Ducros and they said they would have to talk to Mr. Ducros, but that was not the glue they used so we must have glued it on???? What? Really? They basically acted like I was lying. I suggested they check their video footage from that day and they would see. EH took my number but was dismissive and accusatory. When I took the car to Jones and Hadley in Angleton for some body work they said it was obvious the windshield was not properly installed. It was not sealed correctly and the panel did not line up properly. They said it was a poor job and that someone looking at it that did that for a living would know that right away. My question is why the runaround on a repair they obviously knew was a bad job. This was not the most expensive windshield luckily, but it did cost me over $600. They still have not called me back or offered to fix it properly. They were a solid reputable company at one time, so I am not sure what is going on. I would not recommend them at this point. After talking to several people they have had similar problems with them lately.
