I come into this store to switch service and the lady there calls someone on the phone. She was on the phone several minutes and then hangs up. I ask her if she speaks English and shakes her head no! Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous and will be contacting someone at a corporate level! We do not have to conform to their language!

It’s an alright place to go if you aren’t very knowledgeable about prepaid networks. The $25 a month deal going on right now is great. Highly recommended for the southeastern part of Texas.

My account was setup at a different location in a different town, somehow a high security password was on my account not by me. I had been dealing with this issue for over 6 mos. The owner of this store gracefully helped me yesterday get the password off of my account. He and his employee went over and beyond to help me. I highly recommended this location for all of your MetroPCS services. A satisfied customer.

This company is VERY high. They charged full price for a phone that was over a year old. I looked it up and it has 3 years of updating, we have already lost 1, but they charged us full price. You have to be VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company. They have their people trained to get over on you and have you believing that they gave you a great deal. WATCH THEM. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
